Preço barato. Próximo da estação de metrô Loteria.
Ar condicionado. Elevador.

Cons:

O banheiro. O chuveiro não é ducha, a saída de água parece uma mangueira e você tem que se virar pra tomar banho.
Alem disso, a porta do box não fechava direito e molhava o chão (a água escorreu para o quarto). Pedimos na recepção uma toalha para o chão e nunca foi entregue. A pia entupia somente com água corrente, imagine escovar o dente então!

Por ser quente, ligamos o ar e refrigerou muito bem. Mas na cama, só tínhamos lençol para cobrir. Solicitamos na recepção uma manta, mas fomos informados que não tinha nenhuma disponível.

Caminhamos na região até a cinta Costera, as ruas são sujas e infelizmente os prédios não são bonitos. Pareceu até perigoso a noite. Prefira usar Uber ou táxi.
