No air con in room
Loved the cleanness of the hotel it's spotless and the view from our room was amazing. There was a fan in the room which was needed during this lovely weather and the beds are very comfortable.
We booked two rooms and when we arrived for check in one of the rooms were not ready so that was a bit of a let down after travelling. Breakfast wasent great,toaster took too long and the buffet wasent nice not much of a selection.
It's location is perfect for the beach excellent parking clean rooms ,the staff were very helpful especially Conor and Aoife as we had a little problem with our food but everything was sorted would love to return.
I just want to say that no matter where you stay, your experience from start to finish can never be perfect, but it depends on how this is resolved if any issues arise, Laura in particular is exceptional at her job. The staff are absolutely exceptional and I would highly recommend especially if you have kids.

The room was a family room and a twin room way too small and no air conditioning and windows only opened a tiny bit withered was a tiny fan but that was no good I was very sick after staying there and I paid over 500 euro for one night was very disappointed
Everything was good except the shower ..
The shower ....bad enough havent to stand in a bath to shower bet the hard plastic seal cut my leg climing in to the bath ....i told reception....i am on bloodthinners so you can picture it did not stop bleeding for hours ...ruined my friday night ...i taught the hotel could have offered something ...a few beers or something to eat ...its was there fault our friday evening was ruined ...

My bed was wet on arrival they did change it, but inconvenient and unhygienic and was very expensive for such a tiny room the bathroom was so so small
