Ik vond het een fijn hotel met aardig en behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

Vriendelijkheid personeel. Kamer schoon. Geen ontbijt genomen omdat ik vroeg weg moest. Avondeten eenvoudig maar smakelijk.

Etablissement familial où tout le monde est vraiment à l'écoute et dans le respect, ce qui veut dire pour les fétards pas de bruits le soir :) cela nous convenait très bien
nous avons demandé a changer de chambre car elle etait au dernier étage et nous avons un soucis de jambes et la dame nous a aidé rapidement.
Toute la famille ne parle pas anglais mais est vraiment disponible et fait tout son possible pour vous aider et vous comprendre
la piscine est vraiment propre et très agréable avec assez de transat pour tout le monde meme en juillet
nous n'avons pas pris de petit dej ni de diner mais il est possible de diner en prévenant au plus tard l'apres midi meme, c'est un repas comme à la maison qui change tout les jours
la chambre est immense avec une partie chambre et une partie salon où il y a la tV et la clim et a un grand balcon aussi, les draps et serviettes sont propres et la climatisation fonctionne
très bon débit d'eau dans la douche

Cons:

la SBD mérite d'être modernisée, je rejoint les autres commentaire sur la douche qui n'est pas si petite mais qui le devient a cause du rideau de douche qui colle a la peau
attention en Crete, comme dans beaucoup d'autres endroits en Grece,il ne faut pas jeter le papier toilette dans les toilettes mais dans la poubelle (meme si on fait la grosse commission) ce qui peut etre déroutant pour nous en france, c'est pour éviter de boucher les canalisations
la clim pourrait etre dans la partie chambre mais elle est en face de la porte donc la fraicheur finit par arriver

Dirty, loud and unprofessional!

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing, mainly because of the noise and the way our complaint was handled.

During our stay, a school class from France was staying at the hotel at the same time. The students were extremely loud until 2–3 a.m., repeatedly knocking on doors, shouting loudly in the corridors, singing on the balconies and constantly slamming doors. Unfortunately, the noise also started early in the morning, so getting enough sleep was almost impossible.

We spoke to a hotel employee about this every single day. We were repeatedly told that the teachers would be spoken to, but the situation did not improve. After four days of barely getting any sleep, we decided to speak directly to the manager. Unfortunately, his response was extremely unfriendly. He told us that we simply had to accept the noise because they were children and eventually said that he had heard enough and could not do anything about it. There was no apology or any attempt to find a solution. Furthermore he was so pissed that our room was not cleaned at all.

Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself was also disappointing. It feels very outdated, almost as if it has not been renovated since the 1980s. Some of the bathroom fixtures were rusty, the shower curtain had visible mould, the drain was clogged and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain. The towels were only changed every three days, which we found particularly inconvenient during a beach holiday.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

was absolutely amazing. Staff were very pleasant and we looked forward to the breakfast daily although it’s not a buffet.
Nice and quiet.

Cons:

would have been better with a buffet breakfast. Internet was off for a few days and was just not fixed.
