Lovely and friendly hotel!
Pros:

Great central location, walkable to Old Town, bars, restaurants and the ferries.
Super friendly and informative staff. Went out of their way to help and make suggestions. Bright clean modern rooms with amazing views.

Cons:

The bathmats were definitely in need or replacement!

Pros:

Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala hyvä sekä sijainti lähellä satamaa. Kaikkialla siistiä ja puhdasta. Huoneessa on Ritualsin tuotteita. Uima-altaalla ei ennätetty käydä mutta näytti siistiltä.

Cons:

Pyyhkeet jo aikansa eläneitä ja toisessa oli tahroja.

Pros:

Great hotel with kind staff! the rooms are nice, the breakfast is delicious! You can take the bus to Old Town Dubrovnik or walk (about 30 min, mostly flat). After checking out we went to the Red History Museum (really close by, highly recommended! they can store your luggage while you visit the museum) and then we walked to the ferry port to catch a ferry to our next destination.

Pros:

Hotel modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Günstige Lage in der Nähe des Fährhafens. Das Hotel ist in etwa acht Minuten zu Fuß (und mit Koffer) vom Fährhafen zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle, Restaurants sowie großer Supermarkt ca. fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Stadtbus (1a, 1b, 3) fährt direkt zur Festung. Kleines Schwimmbecken vorhanden.

Cons:

Keine Kritikpunkte.

Comfortable stay with excellent breakfast, with easy access to the ferry port.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I loved the bed, so comfortable and large. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Jan on the front desk the night we arrived late was extremely nice, recommended and booked us a restaurant, as well as directions to the ferry office nearby. A great location for catching a ferry.

Cons:

It was all great. I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Pros:

Готель був новим та смачні сніданки

Cons:

Персонал поводився дуже зверхньо та в першу ніч увірвалися в наший номер в ночі , а після цього нас хотіли виселити. Загалом, персонал був не професійним та зухвалим , саме це зіпсувало враження

Breakfast was very good containing everything you would expect from cooked items to breads, fruit and cereals.
Location was a short walk to the bus station with regular buses into the city.

A stunningly beautiful city and very friendly people.
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and gave useful advice on places to visit. Although out of the main city we walked in every day. Buses are available on a regular basis we just prefer to walk.

Cons:

Not so much didn't like but not a great choice of restaurants however the ones we used were great. Again buses available to go into Dubrovnik but ww chose to stay local.

Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, hotel is located close to the new port and bus station
