Für vier Personen sehr geeigneter Aufenthaltsort für einen Dresdenbesuch
Pros:

Große, sehr geräumige Wohnung mit schönen hohen Decken, zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Sehr positiv: zwei Toiletten/Bäder. Gute Lage, um die Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zugang via Code problemlos. Straßenbahn und Bahnhof Neustadt nahe gelegen.

Cons:

Leider direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße gelegen, was für die Schlafplätze fünf und sechs im Wohnzimmer Einschränkungen bedeutet hat. Vorhänge z.T. von den Aufhängungen gelöst, worüber wir Limehome direkt informiert haben. Beleuchtung im großen Wohnzimmer könnte stärker sein, Wackelkontakte in den Stehlampen.

Et fint sted at bo. Men hvis man har det svært med støj og varme ville jeg vælge noget andet.
Pros:

Fint indrettet lejlighed i smuk gammel bygning. Alt var rent og pænt.

Cons:

Der var ret varmt og ingen aircondition. Ved en fejl var der ingen fan i lejligheden. Først den sidste nat bragte personalet os en, så vi kunne køle lejligheden ned.

Der er meget støj fra sporvognen og trafikken på gaden. Dette stopper dog om natten.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything was neat and organized. The bathroom was excellent—modern, spotless, and one of the highlights of our stay.

The only downside was the noise from the tram. Since there was no proper air conditioning, we had to keep the window open at night, and the tram passed directly in front of our window. As a result, the noise was quite noticeable, making it difficult to sleep.

Overall, we still had a good experience and would recommend this hotel, especially if the ventilation or sound insulation is improved.

Super fint indrettet lejlighed til en virkelig god pris! Smukke møbler og gode faciliteter. Meget nem selvbetjening. God beliggenhed ift. byen. Smukt kvarter. Nem parkering (som dog var betalingsparkering).

Cons:

Trafikstøj fra gaden var meget generende. Stuen havde kun skråvinduer og man kunne derfor ikke se udsigt. Lejligheden var meget varm og udluftning gn hele natten var nødvendigt - hvilket gjorde støjen generende.

Pros:

Die Lage ist extrem zentral, direkt zwischen Albertplatz und Bhf Neustadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gemütlich ausgestattet. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt sogar zwei Badezimmer.

Cons:

Der Lärm durch die Strassenbahn ist extrem. TV schauen oder sich unterhalten bei geöffnetem Fenster sind nahezu unmöglich. Wenn man damit fein ist, dann hat man einen tolle Lage.
