Pros:

Trods det plettede gulvtæppe virkede værelset ellers pænt rent.

Cons:

Gulvtæppet i værelset var virkelig plettet/beskidt. Ville dog ønske, at rengøringen lod håndklæderne hænge og tørre fremfor at folde dem sammen, så man tog et halvvådt håndklæde frem dagen efter...
Morgenmaden ret kedelig.
Sengene var hårde.

Pros:

Very nice room and the staff were very accommodating.

Cons:

There is no outdoor lighting at night, which in my opinion should have.
The breakfast buffet could have more options.
You have to go up a hill to reach the bus/metro station.

Pros:

The location was in a quiet place but not that clean

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel, and check-in went smoothly. I got to my room and went to take a shower. Afterward, several cockroaches were waiting for me on the floor and on the bedside tables.

I went to reception and asked for a refund, but they refused, claiming they didn't have another room available until tomorrow. After I insisted that this was unacceptable, they miraculously "found" a room, but a refund was still off the table. To top it off, breakfast was mediocre, and we had to eat it in the lobby
