Pros:

Top Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im historischen Zentrum bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Abschließbare Fahrradgarage und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Für diese Lage auch sehr ruhig. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Balkon hats rausgerissen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und der Balkon einfach super. Die Lage war auch in Ordnung, alles war schnell erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Bad könnte besser geputzt worden sein, außerdem fehlte das Toilettenpapier, es war nur die alte Rolle noch da. Das man zum Parken woanders hinfahren musste nervt, vor allem weil wir das Gefühl hatten, andere Gäste durften auf dem Hotelparkplatz stehen bleiben. Am ersten Tag hatten wir kein Platz beim Frühstück. Das geht gar nicht, da fängt der Tag direkt mies an. Fürs Bettwäsche wechseln 10 Euro??? Hab ich noch nie erlebt, gehört für mich mit dazu.

Pros:

Die Lage von dem Hotel ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal ist super nett, es wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt und gerne Hinweise für Ausflüge gegeben. Fahrräder wurden in der Garage gut verschlossen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Danke für die schönen Tage in Görlitz.
