Sehr guter Gesamteindruck
Pros:

Freundliche, aufmerksame Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und eine sehr engagierte Chefin, die sich hervorragend und herzlich um's Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmert. Gefallen hat mir auch die Lage bei der Bergbahnstation und die prächtige Aussicht. Super auch die Einstellhalle und die kurzen Wege.

Cons:

Bei einigen (freundlichen) Mitarbeitenden gibt es fachlich noch etwas "Luft nach oben"...

Прекрасный вид из номера и с балкона, все остальное уже неважно

Нет холодильника, нет кондиционера, розетки в странных местах. На подъезде идет масштабный ремонт, о котором не предупредили

Schöne Aussichten
Pros:

Grosszügiges Zimmer mit rudimentärer Küchenzeile und schönem Balkonabteil mit Abendsonne und Liegestühlen. Es gibt EINEN einzigen Ladeplatz mit 11 kW in der Tiefgarage (ohne Liftzugang) - für uns war er frei.

Cons:

Es ist nicht immer ruhig. Wenn nachts Leute auf dem Balkon reden, ist es überall zu hören. Dusche nur mit Vorhang abgetrennt.

- Das Zimmer war sehr sauber
- Das Hotel ist gut gelegen
- Gute Parkmöglichkeiten

Cons:

- Keine Privatsphäre im Zimmer. Alle Balkone in der unterste Etage sind miteinander verbunden und dies wussten wir bei der Buchung nicht. Aufgrunddessen mussten wir immer das Fenster geschlossen halten. Zusätzlich war eine Tür im Zimmer die zum anderen Zimmer führte. Dadurch konnten wir alles hören (Hunde bellen am Morgen Früh).
- Das Zimmer hatte kaum Ausstattung. Weder Minibar noch Bademantel.
- Fernseher sehr alt und klein
- Frühstück hatte kaum Auswahl, nicht reichhaltig!
- Schlafkissen waren nicht komfortabel

Excellent petit déjeuner, personnel sympathique et serviable

Cons:

Moquette a remplacer par un revêtement plus hygienique.
Avertir les clients avant la réservation qu'il y a des travaux devant l'hôtel (grue bouchant la vue, travaux des 7h00,... )

Zweckmässiges, sauberes Hotel mit komfortabler Ausstattung ohne viel Drumherum
Pros:

Aussicht und Balkon, neuer Bodenbelag (kein Teppich), zweckmässige komfortable Ausstattung, reichhaltige Frühstücksauswahl.

Cons:

Frühstückssaal ähnelt Kantine und ist wenig einladend, etwas mehr Zeit zu verbringen. Alles in allem ein zweckmässiges Hotel für eine Übernachtung oder für Skiurlaub.

Sehr nettes Personal. Gutes Essen, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Hat einfach alles gepasst. Muss und kann mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfohlen werden. Kommen sicher wieder.
eBike konnten in einem geschlossenem Raum geladen werden.

super Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage direkt neben der Gondelstation ist super. Es hat Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage. Obwohl die Gondel direkt über mein Zimmer ging, ist sie praktisch geräuschlos. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und hat einen Balkon, welcher 1 Tisch und 2 Stühle plus einen Liegestuhl hatte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Kopfkissen könnte für meinen Geschmack etwas mehr Füllung haben. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer um Abends im Bett zu lesen dürfte etwas heller sein, konnte mir aber mit der Ständerlampe zusätzlich weiterhelfen :) Die vielen Fliegen beim Abendessen auf der Terrasse und beim Frühstück im Speisesaal waren etwas lästig. Mein Zimmer war sehr ruhig, bis ich am letzten Abend im Zimmer über mir andere Gäste hatte. Da habe ich erst gemerkt wie ringhörig die Zimmer sind.
