C'était passable pour juste une nuit.
Pros:

hôtel très bien placé, jolie terrasse, personnel agréable

Cons:

c'est peut-être un détail mais la télé ne fonctionnait pas, il me semble qu'il était mentionné qu'il y avait un lit dépliant et il n'y en avait pas. On était donc un peu à l'étroit. on avait l'impression d'être au sous-sol. la vue est certes jolie mais le balcon pas très intimiste et c'est tout petit. Donc un peu "cher". Petit détail que nous aurions pu peut-être nous-même éclaircir: il était mentionné que les arrivées pouvaient se faire dès 15h alors qu'une fois arrivé la chambre n'était pas prête avant 16h. Il y avait un chien dans la chambre d'à côté qui aboyait... le restaurant : le personnel très sympathique, efficace et à l'écoute. Par contre, les plats n'étaient pas top. Ce sont de petites choses mais qui n'ont pas rendu notre séjour exceptionnel.

Beautiful But Budget Quality
Pros:

The location was great, with spectacular views into the valley and conveniently situated between the gondola stops going up and down the mountain. It was close to many nice restaurants and attractions. The room patio/balconies had the most amazing views and were perfect for a cool breeze. The hotel was very pet friendly and it was easy to take the dogs out for a walk when we woke up and before we went to bed. Breakfast was simple eggs, bacon, meats, cheese, bread, yoghurt spread buffet, but the quality of everything provided was excellent.

Cons:

The extensive road construction made parking difficult and the surroundings in front of the hotel quite dusty. Besides the view and breakfast everything else was budget quality. The pillows were small, towels thin and too few, TV the size of a small laptop, and the biggest disappointment was the staff. They were terse, didn't offer much information when asked, took forever to check people out, and were weird about pushing the hotel restaurant. The hotel price would be high end anywhere else except Switzerland, where I think this is the affordable option.

Familienfreundliches Hotel
Pros:

Tolles Hotel. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Es gibt sogar ein Spielzimmer. Das Personal war auch super nett.

Cons:

Leider waren die Parkplätze völlig überfüllt als wir angekommen sind. Das lag vermutlich daran, dass auch viele Leute die nicht im Hotel waren dort parkiert haben. Wir konnten dann aber auf dem Personalparkplatz parkieren.
Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

Idealer Ort für Skiurlaub
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer haben eine grandiose Aussicht. Auch das Abendessen war sehr gut. Ideale Lage direkt an der Gondelstation.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Ausstattung sehr schön und alles sauber. Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig.

Ich empfehle das Hotel Panorama weiter
Pros:

Das Frühstück im grossen und hellen Raum, lichtdurchflutet und grosszügig mit viel Platz ist sehr reichhaltig.
Die Lage des Hotels direkt neben den Bergbahnen und der Bushaltestelle ist optimal.

Cons:

Nichts negatives.
