Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hotel Panorama. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue magnifique sur les montagnes et les paysages environnants, qui rendent l’endroit vraiment exceptionnel. L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir la région et visiter les magnifiques villages et sites naturels des alentours. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique, le petit-déjeuner est très agréable et le cadre est parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le calme, la beauté des paysages et l’atmosphère chaleureuse de l’établissement. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Pros:

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. L'emplacement en face des telecabines

Cons:

Le lit à étage grinçait énormément, à chaque mouvement. Le grincement empêchait de dormir toute la famille et nous avons fini par descendre le matelas par terre.
Il y avait aussi le crépi qui fissurait dans le coin dans la partie enfants, humidité ?

عيبه الوحيد أنه يبعد عن انترلاكن تقريباً 30 كم ويستغرق وقت للوصول إلى انترلاكن بسبب وجود الفندق فوق قمة الجبل ووجود طريق متعرج ويحتاج وقت أطول للتنقل من الفندق إلى انترلاكن والعكس

Frühstück war gut, eben Standard
Lage des Hotels sehr gut

Cons:

Einzelzimmer war nur teilweise renoviert. Eventuell bekommen, da durch Booking.com gebucht?
Möbel und Badausstattung schon älter, aber sauber!

Andere Zimmer waren komplett renoviert.

Personal Reception und Gastronomie sehr zuvorkommend und auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingehend. Abendessen und Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Restaurant fantastisch, Blick in die Berge und in den Sternenhimmel.

Cons:

Der nicht abgetrennte Balkon und die Lage im Erdgeschoss hat das Öffnen des Fensters während der Nacht etwas erschwert.

schönes Hotel an toller Lage
Pros:

sehr gute Lage, mit PP direkt vor dem Hotel.
Nettes Personal. Nachtessen am Abend konnte auch im Restaurant des Hotels eingenommen werden. Tolle Terrasse, schöne Aussicht und gutes Essen, ruhiges, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer

Pros:

The location and beautiful scenery were fantastic,with stunning views all around.Highly appreciated the free cable car rides up and down to the town and the Alpine tower ,which made getting around easy and added to the experience. The staff were also friendly and welcoming Overall,a lovely hotel in a beautiful location and we would happily stay again.

Cons:

There was no kettle provided which was inconvenient. The towels and linen appeared old and the pillows were sagging and uncomfortable. The bed also had no headboard,which made room quite basic and dated..Overall,the room would benefit from better quality linens,towels ,pillows and a few basic amenities to improve guests' comfort.
