Perfect price and very comfortable room and location in Union Square close to restaurants and museums and shopping. park

Location as well as amenities in the room with refrigerator microwave coffee maker, small dishwasher as well as cups, dishes dishes, etc. Coffee and tea upstairs with lovely rooftop terrace, but would’ve been nice to have light morning breakfast there as well.

Cons:

Even though they had a restaurant for dinner, it was not available for a very light breakfast in the morning. Whole fruit , individual boxed cereal and chilled individual yogurt would be simple and appealing in the lovely terrace room.

ジャグジーとサウナが気持ちいい。部屋が広い。皿やフォークなど必要なものが揃っている。ソファーベッドが広くて寝やすい。ラウンジのホットチョコレートが子供に人気だった。

特になし。あえて言うなら暖房があったのか不明。そんなに気になりはしなかった。

Cons:

The coffee maker did not work. The request for another one did not happen, so went out to buy coffee.
The sofa bed was not comfortable, could feel springs because not enough mattress padding.

Comfy stay close to everything
Pros:

Great location, spacious high floor updated room (club level) and super comfy bed and pillows (the pillow was probably one of the best i've had at a hotel)! in-room K-cup machine was very handy in the morning. access to the clubhouse on top floor with coffee/tea and rooftop seating areas were a plus. Staff were nice and courteous. price was decent for the type of room and the location. will stay again!

Cons:

room cleaning is only once every three days unless you specifically request it. mistakenly got charged for parking although i didnt have a car, noticed it on the bill but was taken care right away, so no big deal.

Amazing stay! highly recommend!
Pros:

The location was amazing so close to union square and where the major tours picked up. Many rent a car agencies as well. The hotel room was huge!
