Cons:

Mir hat eine Mikrowelle in der Küche gefehlt. Weiters waren zwar Teebeutel und Kaffee inkl. Zucker vorhanden aber keine Gewürze. zumindest Salz und Pfeffer sollte in einer Küche vorhanden sein.

Einzigartig, freundlich, empfehlenswert
Pros:

Außergewöhnliches Konzept mit perfekter Umsetzung in toller Lage-mittendrin im lebendigen Wien. Super nettes Personal, sowohl vor Ort (Ignaz und Rosali Café ) als auch bei Urbanets Büro. Tolles Raumkonzept.

Cons:

Wer gewohnt ist mitten in der Stadt zu schlafen, kommt gut zurecht. Auch wenn es erstaunlich ruhig in der Nacht war, ist es für Landmenschen ein kleines Abenteuer, die Nacht so nah an Markt zu schlafen.

Clean spacious comfortable great design & quiet. Location close to our Viennese friends & right next to the market, which was perfect for us. We loved the concept.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt, am Rande des Meidlinger Markts. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich das Café, in dem das Frühstück serviert wird. Dort hat man eine große Auswahl an Frühstücksgerichten und quasi unbegrenzt Kaffee. Das Ambiente hat etwas von Wohnzimmerfeeling, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wohl. Ich finde das Konzept des Grätzlhotels einfach genial, man ist damit inmitten des Geschehens. Großes Danke an die Besitzer des Café Ignaz&Rosalia für den herzlichen Empfang und den unkomplizierten Ablauf.

Super Unterkunft - mit einem Problem
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist großzügig, Bad & Toilette sind getrennt. Es gibt eine Abstellmöglichkeit für den Koffer, keinen Schrank.
Bademantel, Puschen, Cafemaschine, Kühlschrank: alles vorhanden und super.
Die Klimaanlage war flüsterleise.
Betten sehr gemütlich und traumhafte Kissen!
Für mich als Asthmatikerin super: es gibt keinen Teppichboden.
Direkt vor der Türe liegt der Meidlinger Markt, 2min entfernt ein Interspar. U-Bahn in direkter Nähe.
Morgens um 8 Uhr fahren ca. 6 Fiaker auf dem Weg zur Arbeit vor der Türe vorbei - an Tag 3 wurde ich bereits gegrüßt, wenn ich mit Kaffee in der Hand im Bademantel an der Türe saß.
Tolles, lebendiges Viertel!

Was nicht aus der Beschreibung hervorgeht:
Es gibt kein Fenster, das man zum Lüften öffnen könnte. Man liegt also die gesamte Nacht im eigenen Muff, der zwar von der Klimaanlage runtergekühlt wird, aber Frischluft gibt es keine.
Ich bin nachts aufgestanden, um die einzige Frischluftzufuhr - die Türe - 5min zu öffnen, weil wir sonst mit nem dicken Kopf aufgeqacht wären.
Mit offener Türe schlafen ist keine Option, da das Viertel belebt ist und die Türe direkt zum Gehweg zeigt.
