Pros:

Location (you can reach the center on foot in 20 minutes, or by Uber/Bolt for a few euros in a few minutes), a few steps away there is a shopping centre (Iulius Mall), bars and a small supermarket. Cleanliness. New rooms. Presence of staff at reception. Small refrigerator in room. Don't pay attention to the outside of the building (especially ground floor on the side opposite the entrance), that Is very chaotic and under construction, because it doesn't match what you'll find (nice rooms)
