Beautiful property, great value and great location
Pros:

The pool is an absolute picture perfect dream. The staff were so kind, rooms are massive and clean if not a bit dated.

The sunbeds could do with an upgrade but honestly it didn’t matter.

The location was good, the room was big and the bathroom was decent size

Cons:

The bathroom had a really unpleasant smell throughout our stay. We spoke to the front desk and they did try to help, but unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved. The sheets were also quite uncomfortable and noticeably worn out.
There was a constant smell of weed in the common areas, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable. The common areas could use a little revamp as well , the pillows on the sunbeds are overdue for some new ones. The hotel definitely has potential, but overall it didn’t meet the standard we were expecting. We were also woken up at around 7am by extremely loud music coming from the venue next door.

Reservamos 4 noches y nos fuimos luego de la primera. Aún seguimos sorprendidos por los comentarios positivos ya que las fotos no muestran absolutamente nada lo que es el alojamiento original.
El cuarto estaba sucio. El tacho de basura del baño estaba lleno de papel higiénico con heces. Yo la saqué fuera del cuarto porque como dije, el cuarto no se limpió nunca.
Las sábanas y toallas estaban manchadas.
Lo que más nos incomodó fue el olor a cloaca
salía desde el baño. Para sumar, la puerta del baño no cerraba a menos que la arrastraras con fuerza.El inodoro perdía agua por lo que el baño siempre estaba mojado.
Dormimos una noche y directamente devolvimos la llave. El dueño no mostró interés en dar nunguna solución.
Quizás a otros les tocó un buen cuarto, no lo sé. Personalmente no recomiendo el lugar. Ni siquiera para hacer una o dos noches. Conseguimos otro hotel muy cerca, al mismo precio, pero limpio, sin olor, sin basura en el baño y con una puerta que cierra.

15 mins walk to the town or the river for the food markets.

Pool could do with new sun loungers or towels for guests to use.
Toilet is a bit smelly due to only pebbles on the floor so it can't be cleaned properly.

В принципе цена соответствует качеству, очень помогает бассейн
Pros:

Приятное вайбовое место, особенно бассейн и разные растения вокруг, очень спасает от жары. Хорошее расположение недалеко от реки, и всех тусовых улиц, знаменитых местных рынков 10-15 мин пешком, прямая и близкая дорога до Ангкор-Ват. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, решает все вопросы оперативно, предоставляют много экскурсий и аренды прям из отеля. Качественная уборка номера. Рядом есть рестораны с традиционной кхмерской едой. Стабильный, скоростной интернет.

Cons:

Шумные соседи, громкая музыка, но только днем и вечером, ночью тихо. Сам номер нуждается в небольшом ремонте, розетки разболтанные, плохо работают. Дверь в туалет не закрывается. Штукатурка местами отваливается, матрас на кровати продавленный. На завтрак каждый день только яйца с фруктами, на пару дней сойдет, но за 2 недели можно возненавидеть яйца)

La piscine est vraiment super! Et interdite aux moins de 12 ans donc c’est vraiment calme et reposant. Les matelas sont confortables, on a bcp apprécié notre séjour !

Pros:

The man who runs it was nice and chatty. He was helpful and interesting to talk to! We were able to extend or stay twice and rent bikes from the hotel. The breakfast is nice and simple but very good! The pool is a good place to cool down! The location was ideal, a 10 min walk to the main area of the city but plenty of nice spots for lunch nearby too! Overall the place is perfect for a few days in Siem Reap!

I actually did not stay as I was not comfortable. Old room; fridge was not clean. Whoever was working the desk was not easy to communicate with. Unfortunately I lost my money as I never received feedback from hotel or Booking.com concerning refund. Hard lesson learned.
