no es muy agradable lo del Day pass , la alberca se satura y los huéspedes solo "nos quedamos mirando"

Me gustó el hotel, habitaciones muy comodas y lo que mas me gustó fue su alberca climatizada.

Cons:

Destaco que la atencion fue muy buena en todas las areas, y solamente considerar que en presencia de grupos grandes se desorganiza un poco el desayuno. Durante mi estancia compartimos con un grupo grande, a la mañana siguiente les tenían un desayuno preparado a ellos (reservado), pero yo salí pensando naturalmente como en cualquier hotel que me incluye mi desayuno, que puedo tomar del bufete que el dia anterior estuvo disponible para mi... resulto que ese dia el bufete estaba reservado para el grupo grande y no habia letreros que lo indicaran.. un mal entendido que nos hizo parar un mal rato en el momento..

Recomendable para pocos días. Puede mejorar los costos, los espacios, y la atención del personal. Uv

La cercania al centro de Cuernavaca y su ubicación. Fácil de llegar. La alberca está limpia y climatizada.

Cons:

No hay elevador, y las escaleras son muy incomodas, sobre todo para adultos mayores. Los costos en el restaurante son excesivos, y muy poco variedad de alimentos.
