Pros:

דירה ענקית!!! עם 3 חדרי שינה עם מיטות זוגיות ממש נוחות. סלון ענקקק שעושה חשק לשבת בו כול היום. נוף הרים מכול חלון. מטבח מאובזר וגדול. מכונות קפה של קפסולות נספרסו, תנור ומיקרו. מחיר קצת גבוה לרומניה אבל גודל הדירה בהתאם ( היינו רק 3 אנשים בדירה שיכולה בלי בעיה להכיל 6+) כול יום באו לראות אם אנחנו צריכים משהו והביאו נייר טואלט או מגבות ופינו אשפה. מקום ממש מומלץ!

Good place to stay if you need pet friendly.
Pros:

It is one of the few pet friendly accommodations, clean, the apartment was well maintained, very clean, and close to the area we were interested in (near the slope area). It is good that there were 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. It has a very nice garden outside, with a barbecue area, where you can stay and it is accessible to all guests. Free parking inside the yard.

Cons:

The furnishing of our apartment were rather old, the kitchen was not so useful (no sink, we had to wash the dishes in the bathroom). The beds were very soft. It is relatively close to the railways, so you can hear the train.

Noi am fost cu un caine labrador si ultimele scari sunt in spirala. Din acest motiv, ultimul etaj a fost dificil de urcat pentru caine

Pros:

Foarte frumos apartamentul, am stat la etajul 2, sper sa nu gresesc, mi s-a partut mobilat si amenajat cu lucruri de calitate, ca si pentru propria casa. Franke, Mobexpert, bucatarie din lemn masiv. Am facut focul in semineu, mi-a placut masa de cafea din lemn reciclat, canapelele albe din stofa.

Cons:

Nu are legatura cu apartamentul dar as mentiona ca din pacate Predealul a decazut fata de cum era inainte si mai ales fata de cum este intretinuta Sinaia.

Pros:

Apartamentul este foarte frumos: spatios, dotat si potrivit pentru un grup de 6 persoane. Am fost in perioada Craciunului, si am avut un bradut decorat in sufragerie care ne-a placut mult. Bucataria are masina de spalat vase. Locatia este aproape de partie.

Cons:

Din pacate, experienta a fost afectata semnificativ de modul in care a fost gestionata cazarea. Comunicarea cu persoana care se ocupa de apartament a fost tensionata si foarte neprofesionista, inclusiv ton ridicat si inchiderea apelurilor telefonice 'in nas'.

Mai grav, apartamentul a fost accesat de mai multe ori pe durata sederii fara acordul nostru. Intr-un caz, apartamentul a fost deschis in timp ce eram plecati si se stia sigur ca nu se afla nimeni in interior, fara notificare prealabila, fara consimtamant si fara a fi vorba de o urgenta. Din punctul nostru de vedere, a fost o incalcare a intimitatii si ne-a facut sa ne simtim inconfortabil, nesiguri si monitorizati. Ne aflam intr-un apartament, nu hotel cu servicii hoteliere zilnice. Nu am mai fost niciodata intr-un apartament in care gazdele sa intre zilnic din diverse motive, si sa se plimbe libere prin apartament. In plus, diverse activitati de intretinere (ex. incarcarea stingatoarelor de incendiu) au fost efectuate in timpul sederii (cu siguranta acesta este genul de activitate care este facut cand NU sunt clienti in apartament??).

De asemenea, cum au mai mentionat si altii fost clienti, o parte din moblier este destul de invechit. Aveam asteptati mai mari de la o cazare la acest pret si cu atat de mult potential.
