Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The delicious breakfast is also available on the rooftop, with great views. Seldom slept that well in a hotel, thanks to very good mattresses. Hotel is tastefully furnished and very neat and clean.

Cons:

People with mobility issues might have difficulties accessing the hotel, as there is no ground floor lift. You have to take a few steps to reach the lift.

Great service while at the same time respecting privacy. Beautiful facilities and prime location.
Pros:

Outstanding staff went above and beyond. I was in town for a competition and game day started before the start of breakfast. The hotel kitchen staff prepared my breakfast a full hour ahead of their official start and gave me a strong start!

Cons:

Weak noise insulation on the windows - so street noise is quite audible, which is not great at night.

Large and confortable room in ancient building

Cons:

Parking the car was a problem. Port Police is very present and active, we had some problems with them, but solved also thanks to the help of the hotel staff (thanks !). Entrance of the hotel and drop in parking slot not so easy to find...

Epicure Suites’ten gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Odalar geniş, ferah ve tertemiz; banyodaki şampuan, duş jeli ve diğer bakım ürünleri oldukça kaliteli. Odada kahve makinesine kadar her şey düşünülmüş. Odaya girdiğimizde bizi karşılayan küçük hediyeler de çok hoş bir sürprizdi. Otelin terası mükemmel, kahvaltısı ise kesinlikle ayrı bir övgüyü hak ediyor. Ürünler çok kaliteli ve çeşitli; taze sıkılmış portakal suyuna kadar her şey düşünülmüş. Ayrıca isteğinize göre omlet ve farklı sıcak kahvaltı seçenekleri de taze olarak hazırlanıyor. Personelin tamamı son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve işlerini gerçekten çok iyi yapıyor. Kavala’ya tekrar geldiğimizde hiç düşünmeden tercih edeceğimiz otel kesinlikle Epicure Suites olacak. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. ❤️

The Epicure is very welcoming and inviting.
Pros:

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a lovely view of the city.

Cons:

A slightly larger bathroom would have been preferred but it was still fine.

Kavala standartlarının üzerinde bir otel; şık ve konforlu. Çalışanlar da gayet ilgili, güleryüzlü ve yardımcı.

Cons:

Şıklığı ön plana alacağım derken bazı altyapı sorunlarına çözüm bulmakta zorlanıyorlar. Örneğin bizim konaklamadan bir-iki gün evvel galiba fırtına nedeniyle çatıdaki anten zarar görmüş, iki gün boyunca teknik ekipleri sorunu çözemedi ve televizyon çalışmadı. Başka bir örnek de güvenlikle ilgili (başımıza bir şey gelmedi ama tutarsız olduğu için yazıyorum), resepsiyon geç saatte binaya güvenle görebilmeniz için size bina kapısını açacak anahtar veriyor ama çatı katında geç saate kadar hizmet veren lüks lokantaya da erişim aynı yerden olduğu için binanın kapısı zaten gece boyu herkese açık kalıyor. Yine de genel olarak güzel, tavsiye edilir.
