Le personnel
Un grand merci au monsieur de la sécurité qui s’est occupé d’un inséparable qui s’est noyé dans la piscine, la femme de ménage et la réception.

La chambre: une visite minutieuse des équipements doit être faite car dans nos chambres plusieurs équipements ne marchaient pas: des portes, des étagères de douche, des équipements mal finis et rouillés dans la salle de bains. Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner: bien mais le dernier étage a été fermé sans qu’on sache pourquoi impliquant trop de pression sur l’étage 8. Par contre un peu plus de formation du personnel en charge du petit déjeuner sur des détails serait nécessaire. Ils sont très serviables mais manquent probablement de formation sur un standard 5 étoiles international. Je dis cela pour la compétitivité du tourisme au maroc par rapport à d’autres pays et pas pour dénigrer. Au prix s’attache un service avec une attention au détail plus accrue.

No hot water throughout our stay refund refused staff in and out of room insisting it’s ok manager offered apology did not resolve issues 2 days were stressful and uncomfortable spoke to so many staff to resolve issue no help
No hot water noisy room this is not 5 star breakfast so chaotic and disorganised am just shocked at standards

The room
We stayed for two nights, and on both nights there was an extremely loud beeping noise outside our room in the hallway. It went on all night and all morning, stopping only for intervals of about 30 seconds. We reported it to reception, but nothing was done about it. It was extremely unpleasant.
