Lors de mon séjour à l’hôtel Barceló, j’ai été très déçue par la qualité du service. J’avais réservé et payé une chambre de luxe, mais il n’y avait même pas de serviettes dans la salle de bain. De plus, l’eau de la douche s’est écoulée jusque dans le couloir, au point que j’ai failli glisser et tomber.
Lorsque j’ai réclamé les serviettes, alors que j’étais déjà presque entièrement mouillée, la superviseuse est montée dans ma chambre… sans serviettes ! C’est tout simplement inadmissible et vraiment honteux pour un hôtel de ce standing. Je m’attendais à un service bien meilleur et beaucoup plus professionnel
