I had a sea facing premier room and the reception gave me a Sea facing but on the first floor, which I was not comfortable with. The balcony was too low and I couldn't see anything so I had to go back to the reception and tell them I want a higher floor which they did give to me. So in the end it worked out.

Very enjoyable stay. My favorate hotel in Tangier.
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff. Cash machine inside hotel. Large, spotless rooms. Huge excellent variety breakfast buffet, excellent dinner menu. Large dining and breakfast room has spectacular view overlooking the promenade and the water.
Very long, spacious well designed promenade is across the street from the hotel.
Enjoyable walk, but a bit long, to the Casbah and old town.

Alles war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war makellos. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war wunderschön, und die Lage war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

dans l'ensemble c'est tres bien. Merci pour le personnel de la piscine et les femmes de ménages

Cons:

1.Il faudrait améliorer le check in. C'est assez confu et beaucoup de discussion pour être certain d'avoir sa chambre
2.Est il possible d'avoir des transats à la plage: elle est en face !!

Pros:

We hadden een schone kamer. De badkamer is echt heel schoon mooi en ruim. Er is zowel een airco als ramen oftewel de balkondeur die open kan je bent echt heel centraal gelegen en zodra je de deur uitzet heb je al het strand en de boulevard.

Cons:

We hadden wel in het begin dat iemand het hetzelfde pasje kreeg als onze kamer en dat ie onze kamer binnenliep. We zijn hiermee gelijk naar de receptie gegaan en die hebben het opgelost.
