good location
upon checkout , i witnessed an inappropriate conversation between the front desk staff using vulgar arabic language that i can not mention . It seems they were gossiping about a female customer . What I heard made me feel disgusted and they were laughing about it.
The property is very new with gorgeous views of the Tangier beach. The room was full of light and luxurious. The breakfast was diverse. The pool was big and clean. Service staff was friendly and smiling. They made our stay comfortable.
The towel service by the pool was slow and irregular. We had to wait for towels quite a bit when we arrived on our second day. The hotel is located 1.4 km from the train station. The taxi we took ripped us off by charging 50 dirham for a distance that should cost 5 dirham given the closeness of the train station. The taxi driver told us this is the going rate for this hotel but I felt taken advantage of for having stayed at a 5 star hotel. It would be very helpful if a 5 star hotel like Barcelo had a free shuttle service to train station given that this is common practice for hotels of its calibre and the short distance.
La propreté, la vue sur l'océan, le petit-déjeuner au top!, la qualité du service, la gentillesse et efficacité du personnel. L'emplacement permet de se balader dans la médina et rentrer à pied en longeant le boulevard côtier.

Son emplacement, sa propreté et l’offre de restauration sur place et la gentillesse de son personnel en général
Le restaurant au 10e étage qui se transforme en boîte de nuit dès 20h avec une musique à tue-tête pour s’éclater, et une fumée de cigarettes sans retenue, lieu non approprié pour se restaurer - c’est dommage. J’ai quitté le resto sans finir mon apéro, le bruit était insupportable avec un refus de l’opératrice, cigarette au bec, de baisser le son 😰
En outre ma chambre au 8e bénéficiait ! de grincements continus de chaises ou autres meubles déplacés sur le sol de l’étage supérieur, soit le plafond de ma chambre, et ce dès 7h le matin précipitant le réveil matinal!
Un excellent petit déjeuner et le roof top pour boire un verre 🥃 vers 23h. Tout le nécessaire toilettes et serviettes blanches impeccables. Machine à expression Lavazza
Le Menage en chambre fait en moins de 10 minutes. Pas de nettoyage du balcon malgré une grosse tache de café le 1er jour et seulement 2 capsules. Impossibilité de payer les extras en cash en euros car l’hôtel n’est pas habilité à pratiquer le change de devises.

I booked a room with a balcony but they provide only a room without a balcony.
Lage ist sehr zentral aber durch den Straßenverkehr etwas laut. Frühstück war sensationell gut! Auch der Blick aus der 8. Etage während des Frühstücks war atemberaubend. Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und Betten bequem.
Die Handtücher Situation war schwierig weil für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder immer nur 2 bzw. 3 Handtücher bereitgestellt wurden. Personal am Pool war etwas überfordert. Nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kinder.
Brilliant stay at this property. From the second we walked in till the minute we checked out. The staff here were exceptional and polite and kind. Always helpful. The room was amazing.
