Séjour très agréable au Barceló Tanger. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et un accès pratique aux différents points d’intérêt de Tanger.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la chambre Premium : spacieuse, très propre, moderne et équipée. Les équipements sont vraiment au niveau attendu d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. La vue mer apporte un vrai plus au séjour.

Le personnel a également été remarquable : discret, professionnel et chaleureux tout au long du séjour, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Seul petit point négatif : l’isolation de la porte-fenêtre pourrait être améliorée, car quelques nuisances sonores extérieures étaient perceptibles la nuit. Sans cela, le séjour aurait été parfait.

Nous gardons malgré tout un excellent souvenir de cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cons:

Dommage que l’isolation phonique de la porte fenêtre n’est pas top. Trop bruits venant de l’extérieur.

حدث اني حجزت 4ليال في هذا الفندق كل شئ كان تمام لحد لما تميت اليوم الثالث عندهم عاملة النظافه أخذت كارت الي بيشغل كهربة الغرفه واتصلت بيهم مرتين علشان يجبو كارت تاني
لحد هنا أنا كنت راضيه وفسرت ممكن ضغط او اي شىء
اليوم الرابع المكيف حربان وصحيت نص اليل واتصلت بيهم وارسلو شخص مسؤل عن الصيانه وبكل سذاجه قعد يظبط لوحة التحكم بالمكيف وقالي تمام المكيف اتصلح كان ردي انه أنا عملت زيك ولا فيه شئ اتغير رد انه لا أنا كنت حاطه المكيف على الحار علما أنا مش جاهله وراجل خرج استنيت كمان ساعه ولا شي اتغير ومكيف حر اتصلت تاااااني !!! واخدو وقت علشان يرد ولما بينت اسيائي بررلي انه كان مشغول مع نزلاء اخرين وبعت نفس موظف الصيانه الي بدوره حكالي انه في عطل في محرك الرئسي وانه اتصلح دخلت على الفجر ونا عندي سفر ولا عارفه انام اتصلت بيهم للمره الثالثه كان الحل انه ينقلني غرفه ثانيه لاكن درجه اقل من غرفتي ونا وافقت وقالي اترك أغراضي في غرفتي الاصليه واروح انام بس الليله دي علشان المكيف كانت وللأسف سكرت باب غرفتي ونسيت كارت الغرفه في الداخل فلما نمت واصحيت كنت عاوزه اروح غرفتي مش عارفه طيب رحت الغرفه التانيه علشان اتصل عليهم التليفون عطلان مما جعلني اظطر انزل بملابس النوم للريسبش بالمنظر ده علشان سوء الصيانه وعدم احترامهم للنزلاء وللعلم الغرفه التانيه لا فيها مناديل ولا شطاف ولا اي أدوات اقدر استخدمها بعكس عرفته الاصليه ولما نزلت واتكلمت معاهم اعتزرو وما طلبت حل منصف ليا فكان ردهم هانرسل ايميل اعتزار و نرجع ثمن الليله دي وحتى المبلغ الي انكتب مش زي تمن المبلغ الي دفعته ومع ذالك كان راضيه إلى الان لم يصلني المبلغ علما انهم قالو هانحتاج 7 ايام عمل لكل يتم استرجاع المبلغ أنا حاليا تركت المغرب لانه رحلتي انتهت وارسلت ايميل بتذكير ماذا حصل بخصوص استرجاع المبلغ. لا احد رد على رسالتي حتى الان كانه لا يوجد مصداقيه لعهودهم وهذا كافي لكل لا افكر في تعامل معهم مره اخرى !!!
