Pros:

La colazione era abbondante e sempre con alimenti freschi, l’unica pecca (per noi italiani) è che non si poteva avere il caffè espresso ma c’era solo il caffè americano

Lo negativo fue la actitud de la recepcionistas y única que iba al desayuno. Durante los diez días que estuvimos alojados, no nos dio los buenos días ni una sola vez, apenas miraba a los clientes y siempre parecía enfadada.
En varias ocasiones la vimos dando golpes a la sandwichera porque algunos huéspedes la dejaban encendida, colocando carteles de forma brusca y golpeando la pared delante de todos. Lo peor fue presenciar cómo gritaba y trataba con muy malos modos a una trabajadora de la limpieza delante de los clientes, creando un ambiente muy incómodo. De hecho, varios huéspedes comentábamos entre nosotros que todos teníamos la misma impresión.
También hubo un día en el que nos quedamos sin café durante prácticamente todo el desayuno. Como había un cartel en la puerta de la cocina indicando que los clientes no podían entrar, no podíamos avisar fácilmente. Creo que, en lugar de preocuparse tanto por esos detalles, deberían estar más pendientes de reponer el café,
Además, el desayuno fue exactamente el mismo durante los diez días de estancia.aunque he de decir la cocinera súper agradable pero es increíble la recepcionista como cuando está ella es como si le quitara energías a todas
Si esta persona forma parte de la dirección o es propietaria del hotel, su actitud deja mucho que desear, ya que eso no justifica tratar así ni a los clientes ni a los compañeros de trabajo. La educación y el respeto deberían ser una prioridad en un establecimiento de cara al público.
pero la atención de esta recepcionista debería mejorar para que los clientes se sientan bienvenidos y disfruten de una estancia más agradable.
Y he puesto 5 estrellas porque todo lo demás no tiene culpa de su aptitud

Pros:

Hotel maravilloso, muy cómodo y simple. Muy cerca de la zona de restaurantes y playa.
La piscina muy bien, el desayuno variado y muy rico.
Personal atento y amable.

Cons:

Por por una pega, la piscina solo tiene 4 hamacas para toda la gente que se hospeda.
Te dicen tener parking privado en el alojamiento pero el que tienen solo tiene 4 plazas, te dicen que aparques fuera. Cierto es que se aparca fuera con facilidad, pero podían especificarlo.

Pros:

The location was good, the rooms were decent.

Cons:

The rooms were not very clean, especially the toilets. No security. Almost all the time there was no one at the reception and the keys were literally hanging there.
The cleaning ladies literally walked into our rooms immediately after knocking, no waiting time for them (we told them to not entry but they spoke very little english and all the time they already walked into the room right after knocking one time). This was the most annoying thing.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was watching the FIFA matches together with them, which created such a fun and friendly atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the pool and the terrace, which were both clean and perfect for relaxing.

​What truly made our stay special, however, was the host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to all of our needs throughout our visit. It was such a pleasure to be hosted by someone so thoughtful.

Cons:

A few small notes for future guests: while the rooms were perfectly fine, it is worth noting that there is no closet space for clothing, and the bathrooms are quite compact. However, these minor details didn't take away from our positive experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay
