Cons:

Le mépris du personnel à l’accueil. Sachez que quand vous réservez avec Booking une chambre à 190 € la nuit c’est un tarif économique. Ce qui vous donne le droit à une chambre avec vue sur une terrasse non accessible et un mur. Vu que l’établissement n’était pas complet, nous avons demandé à avoir une autre chambre. Puisque les trois quarts des volets étaient fermés et qu’il y avait très peu de clients, mais le personnel de l’accueil nous a bien fait, comprendre que nous avions réservé à un tarif économique pour ces 2 nuits et a refusé ce changement. Je réserve toujours par Booking quand je pars en Italie, et je n’ai jamais eu cet accueil. Nulle part. Bravo pour un hôtel quatre étoiles.
