A perfect mini-vacation location with excellent food and fantastic staff.
Pros:

Classic comfort and care with an old-time feel made this stay one of our favorites. We chose this location for its proximity to Pickwick & Frolic for a show.

Cons:

I could have used better lighting in the hallways - but just a little.

In game for a baseball game.

Our stay was perfect…truly a 5 star experience!!
Pros:

We had the most WONDERFUL stay at the Fidelity Hotel!! The decor was so gorgeous, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The location was perfect, and very central to everything Cleveland has to offer. Most importantly the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! Quentin the valet was welcoming and super sweet! Reese at the front desk was the best! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and super helpful with all of our questions. And Justine, our lovely server in the restaurant made our night. She was just awesome, providing excellent service and recommendations…and the food was absolutely delicious!! 5 star experience all around!!!

Nothing…it was perfect!

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay for a short week.
Pros:

It is a beautiful historic building. The staff I encountered were upbeat, friendly, and quite helpful. The room was a bit small, but there is only one of me. The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a log. The bathroom was beautifully appointed and there was plenty of room for my toiletries.

Cons:

There was only one minor inconvenience. There are not enough USB ports in the room. I needed 4 and only 2 are near the bed. But, if forwarded, it is easily solvable.

Classic, gorgeous hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Good location downtown, close to the stadium, casino, bars, convention center, Lake, restaurants, and coffee shops. The hotel is very stylish and classic. Very well decorated. The room was classy with the same feel. Staff were very nice (valet and check-in). The hotel has a small gym with nice, new equipment. Parking in garages next door or across the street ($$) or free in the street.

Cons:

The room was small for the price but equivalent to other hotels downtown.

A fantastic place to stay in Cleveland
Pros:

Rooms are beautiful, bed + pillows are comfy, super clean, great location.

Cons:

Valet is extremely pricey for the city ($57). Front desk staff were lovely, one of the housekeeping staff wouldn't move her cart out of the hallway so we could get our luggage cart through, so we had to lug everything from the elevator all the way down the hall to our room, which was an annoying start to the trip. The room lighting is super cool and moody but so dark we had to pull out our phone light a lot to actually see stuff.

My stay was very nice
Pros:

The location was great the little touches were great like the separate heater for the bathroom and bedroom

Cons:

My biggest issue was parking the amount of money I spent for the room 57 dollars for parking was too high the other parking garages were a little cheaper but not much and we were going to an event so we had to pay when we left and again when we came back
