agradable estancia

el entorno del Hotel es muy bonito, el personal muy amable, está cercano al Místico Park y Parque Volcán Arenal y termas entre otros

Cons:

el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en temperatura alta para poder secar nuestra ropa, ya que por las tormentas quedamos empapadas

El lugar fantástico, el desayuno rico pero lo mismo siempre.
Pros:

El lugar es fantástico, si se ve el volcán arenal cuando el tiempo lo permite. La atención de las chicas espectacular, hasta por precio razonable nos lavaron la ropa. La habitación muy cómoda.

Cons:

El desayuno fueron los tres días lo mismo, y demasiado huevo termina de quitar las ganas de desayunar, y ya el ultimo día no les dio ni el jugo de naranja para servir.

Enträuscht vom personal. Es war das zweite mal im confort arenal und beim ersten mal war es besser.

Pool, Lage, eigener privatparkplatzbdirekt beim zimmer.

Cons:

Begrüssung war schlecht, die Marbeiterin an der reception war am handy video schauen und hat uns nicht proaktiv begrüsst.
Wifi war nicht gut (gemäss booking steht highspeed internet). TV ging nicht (es regnete den ganzen tag und es war Fussball-WM). Personal war nicht bereit ins zimmer zu kommen um zu schauen bzw den TV mit dem internet zu verbinden etc.

Para mí el gran atractivo que tiene este hotel es el espacio, ya que se encuentra ubicado en una propiedad extensa con lindos jardines, un riachuelo que la atraviesa e inigualables vistas al volcán. Un lugar tranquilo y perfecto para descansar. ¡Sin duda volveré !

Cons:

Creo que las habitaciones con luces más cálidas se verían mejor.

Cons:

Para mi experiencia el lugar se presenta un poco descuidado, los baños se sentían sucios, la presentación de la habitación no era la mejor, el café que ponen para que uno preparé en la habitación solo es para 2 personas y éramos 4, nos cobraron como extranjeros y tenemos cédula nacional, igual nos refirieron a los termales como extranjeros lo que hace que el monto de entrada fuese superior , el desayuno era muy poco y la variedad muy limitada.Las fotos que presentan en las redes específicamente en el Facebook no todas son fotos exclusivas de confort arenal, ya que presentan fotos de los termales Hot Springs Paradise y no del lugar.

Prachtige tuin.ruim appartement met prima bedden. Was 1 Nacht ziek en was erg blij dat ik op deze locatie was. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding met prima ontbijt. Heel mooi zwembad de mooiste van onze hele reis!

The place was perfect for us. Close to downtown and all the excursions and parks.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice. A CR staple, Rice, beans, eggs. Hits the spot to start the day.
The views are amazing of Arenal sitting in the back with your rocking chair is very nice.

Cons:

Inside the bathroom could use hooks or towel rack for clothes and towels to hang and dry.

Hotel sencillo, familiar, todo muy limpio, desayuno excelente. Puede mejorar en el mobiliario.

Hermosos jardines, desayuno típico muy completo, personal muy amable, sábanas limpias

Cons:

Podría mejorarse el mobiliario de las habitaciones y de los baños, pueden hacerse mejoras simples como tener una jabonera, limpiar los cajones de las mesas de noche y estabilizar las mesas que tienen desniveles
