Bola to super dovolenka
Pros:

Boli sme v tomto hoteli už tretí krát, a zasa veľká spokojnosť. Raňajky boli chutné, večere tiež. V čase, keď sme tam boli, bolo tam málo hostí, preto aj výber jedál bol trošku biedny. Tento hotel je veľmi blízko k jazeru, je to obrovská výhoda pre tých, ktorí nechcú dlho prechádzať k jazeru. Za hotelom je námestie, na ktorom organizujú rôzne programy, koncerty.

Cons:

dostali sme izbu v časti B, ktorá ešte nebola rekonštruovaná. Kúpeľňa bola zastaralá s vaňou, do ktorej sa dostať nebolo jednoduché, a vyjsť tiež nie. Ešte dobré, že túto izbu sme dostali my, a nie naše spolucestujúce seniorky po operácii bedrových klbov.

Kurze Wege zum See und zum Centrum. Der Parkplatz , wâhlbar ob Tiefgarage oder am Hotel

Cons:

Obwohl ich 2 Zimmer mit Balkon frühzeitiig gebucht habe, wurde 1 Zimmer 2 Tage vor Anreise storniert.Mir wurde per Mail zugesichert, am 2. Tag das gebuchte Zimmer zu erhalten. Bei Anreise bekamen wir ein Zimmer in der 3. Etage angeboten, obwohl in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes 2Balkonzimmer nicht durchgängig belegt waren.

Die Lage ist hervorragend- die Ausstattung ist toll und auch die Sauna war super!

jó helyen van, közel a tófürdő

Reggeli lehetett volna változatosabb.

The service was excellent, but the facilities could use some improvement.
Pros:

All the staff provided excellent service, and the hotel is in a fantastic location. It’s only a two-minute walk from the hotel’s back entrance to the thermal bath ticket office.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. The toilet had not been properly cleaned, and the facilities were quite outdated.

Véleményem szerint a fennmaradásért izzadságszagúan kűzdő, erősen túlárazott hotel.

Cons:

Egy folyamatosan napsütötte, bádogtetős tetőtéri szobában voltunk, ahol még sötétítő függöny sem volt. A légkondícionálónak 36 óra kellett, míg lehűtötte a szobát. A fürdőszobában több dolog sem volt megfelelő állapotban. A reggelinél szerintem minimál elvárás, hogy legalább egy édes péksütemény legyen a kínálatban, ami nem a vajas-lekváros kenyér/kalács.
