Excellent hotel and facilities - wonderful staff.
Pros:

Fancourt maintains the very high standards - luxury rooms, excellent staff and facilities. We wish we could have stayed longer!

One of the top hotels I have been to. The One and Only’s of the world will definitely have to look over their shoulders

Pros:

We were upgraded to The Manor House which was a lovely bonus to the weekend. The Manor House is beautiful and the High Tea in the afternoon was a highlight.

Cons:

The breakfast selection and service was better in Cantina restaurant than in The Manor House

Pros:

we liked everything about fancourt except the restaurants for dinner.The Italian was very nice but apart from that we felt the restaurant options were poor

Fancourt is a scenic environment,when the weather is great.
Pros:

The staff at the breakfast were super amazing. The food was great and catered for all.

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned during the mornings. It seems like resource management is not taking place. I had to notify them that the room was not cleaned.
