Lieu idéal , chambres propres et modernes. Mais reste de l’hôtel et du restaurant très vieux

Rather expensive average hotel in a nice village
Pros:

Location was very good. We liked the waterfall, the river and the walk in the woods. Beds were comfortable. Price was too high compared to what the hotel offered.

Cons:

The staff could have been kinder. Coffee at breakfast was really bad and the breakfast options rather poor. The shower was leaking so there was a lot of water on the floor after showering. Toilet is separated from the bathroom which is not very convenient for washing hands (only available in the bathroom). We only got two normal pillows and two very thin pillows, although we booked a family room for 4 people so we had to ask for 2 additional pillows.

Wunderbar! Besonders die Lage und die freundlichen Damen im Service.
Pros:

Das Frühstück an sich ist ausgezeichnet!
Besonders die selbstgemachten Aufstriche sind zum Niederknien, jeder einzelne.
Weiters positiv hervorzuheben: der Kaffee!
Nein, man bekommt keine Billig-Plörre, sondern der Kaffe kommt aus der High-End-Maschine, der in den meisten Häusern extra zu bezahlen wäre.
Auch großartig: die Damen, die beim Frühstücksservice arbeiten.
So freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit hat man's in den Nobelhäusern nicht.

Das Roomservice ist auch top.
Sehr freundlich, die Zimmer blitzsauber und eine der Damen hat mir sogar beim Tragen meines schweren Gepäcks geholfen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück startet erst um 7:30.
Ist offenbar der Personalsitutation geschuldet, aber für Frühaufsteher eine Quälerei.

Das WLAN ist kostenlos, aber meh.
Videos besser mit dem Handy-Hotspot ansehen.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ideal ☀️
Pros:

Sehr bemühtes und überaus freundliches Personal, gratis Parkplatz, gratis Eintritt ins Freibad, gute Lage für Ausflugsziele, viele selbstgemachte Produkte beim Frühstücksbuffet (auch glutenfrei)

Pros:

osebje zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo. Soba zelo čista, velika postelja. Okolica zelo urejena. Potem je še garaža za shranjevanje koles in možno je tudi polnjenje električnih koles. Odlična lokacija za obisk vseh jezer.

Schönes Hotel mit Abstrichen in der B-Note.

Schöne Lage mitten in Bad Goisern.

Cons:

Schade das ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht einmal eine Klimaanlage hat.

Horrible, endroit à bannir pour toute les familles.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le réceptionniste/serveur du soir était bourré.
Nous avions prévu deux nuits mais ne sommes resté qu’une seule car un endroit où le personnel est alcoolisé n’est pas pour les familles.
Enfin, la chambre était sale.

Pros:

Stort rum som var någorlunda modernt och renoverat.

Cons:

Rummet luktade avlopp och saknade ac. Sängarna var stenhårda. Hade sovit bättre på rummets lurviga heltäckningsmatta. Frukosten var katastrofalt dålig.
Jag har aldrig betalat så mycket för en natt (450 Euro) och fått så lite värde för pengarna. Usch.
