Very old building and the doors not working/ jamed

Cons:

The door to dressing room was locked automatically and the service team helped to remove it

The rooms and bathroom, including the bedsheets, are dirty. The hotel has been renovated from the old one, but the bedsheets and the bathroom smell old. The bathroom is very old. There is no hot water. It cannot be called a three-star hotel.
