Unser Zimmer (Nr. 49) war extrem renovierungsbedürftig! Das betrifft sowohl Wände, Decke und Boden. Die Möbel uralt und schäbig. Der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer war viel zu niedrig, aus der Handbrause kam abwechselnd kaltes oder heißes Wasser, man konnte die Wassertemperatur über die Mischkonsole nicht regulieren. Es gab dort keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Entlüftung funktionierte nicht. Die Klimaanlage machte viel Lärm, was uns beim Schlafen störte, aber kühlte kein Bisschen. Auch der Frühstücksraum hätte eine Renovierung und neue Möbel verdient (Die Tischchen mit Kaffeeautomat und Saftspender wackelten gefährlich). Die Terrasse draußen ist leider überhaupt nicht sauber und man darf seinen Tisch dort nicht alleine lassen, sonst stürzen sich die Tauben über das Frühstück. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend.

No complaints here got more than I thought for three star hotel

Everything in the hotel is old and falling apart. The bathroom deserves special mention; the faucets probably date back to the 16th century. It was impossible to shower; the water literally dripped instead of flowing. Setting the shower to warm was also impossible; it was either boiling hot or cold. The pillows were made of cotton wool, and the single bed was so narrow you were afraid to collapse. The breakfasts were meager and monotonous: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, cheese, yogurt, bananas, tangerines, bread, and mini croissants. There was practically nothing to eat. The coffee was simply disgusting; we got it from the cafe downstairs.

The bathroom looked good but was small, with the shower in a narrow bath. The water temperature was hard to regulate, and the flush of the toilet was hit and miss. Breakfast was mediocre, every day the same, self-served from a buffet in a cramped place. Food items were not always timely replenished, nor tables quickly cleaned. On the arrival day, guests get 2 small bottles of water. After that, guests have to go and buy new ones themselves. When I mentioned my surprise about this policy, the female receptionist added insult to injury by lecturing me that I shouldn't expect free water in a €190/night 3 star hotel!

La chambre, pas de lumière dans le couloir pour ouvrir la porte, quasiment aucune lumière dans la chambre, une seule prise de disponible, et salle de bain très très petite

We would have preferred a walk- in shower as opposed to one over the bath.

Nothing

The hotel is a bit dated, but comfortable enough. The breakfast is very basic and the staff were friendly but not very efficient. We often had to ask for more food and crockery.
