A enchanting and quiet pearl in Ubud
Pros:

Wonderful garden, quietly tucked away from main road. All rooms overlooking garden with pool. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. This is a place to feel comfortable happy.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff. Would definitely stay again, once local building works are completed.
Pros:

Staff were amazing, so friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons:

This is no fault of the hotel. There is a lot of building work in the local area, which generated quite a lot of daytime noise.

The property feels like a little oasis buried away from the hustle and bustle of the main st in Ubud. The staff is what really set this place apart. Incredible attention to detail and care beyond anywhere we have ever stayed.

There was heavy construction noise at the property as the cafe was being re built and also the neighbours where doing construction

Cons:

特に無いが連絡方法がWhatsApp なので英語に苦労した。翻訳アプリを使いこなせなかった。

Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff, excellent food and outstanding value for money
Pros:

Excellent stay. The food was outstanding, the welcome was warm, and the afternoon cake at 3 pm was a lovely touch. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Shuttle service, motorbike taxis and small requests were organized perfectly. Great value for money

Cons:

Nothing serious. One night the bathtub overflowed and the bathroom was flooded, but the staff came immediately, handled everything calmly and without any complaint. Very impressive service.

Wonderful
Pros:

We don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful this hotel is. The staff are absolutely amazing, the food is exceptional, and the facilities are outstanding. This is a truly family-friendly hotel that exceeded all of our expectations and made our stay unforgettable.

Great hotel in the heart of Ubud
Pros:

Great location! Super relaxing atmosphere! Very friendly and kind staff. Great food and very affordable. The pool is lovely and clean (free towels, drinks, afternoon tea). The rooms are clean and big. We loved everything and would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only thing I could find was te air conditioninig. We were staying in delux suite and AC was right above the bed - imposible to sleep under.
And just from plastic reducing view - bathroom toiletries should be in refiling containers

A peaceful oasis with world class hotel staff! :)
Pros:

I would like to say that Sapodilla Ubud was one of the best hotel that I’ve stayed with. The property itself is tucked away from the main road. You’ll be surprised how peaceful and green it is. I love waking up everyday just hearing the birds and rustling of the leaves. Hotel staff are working hard to maintain the beautiful surroundings of this hotel!

Our hotel room is spotless! They made it sure that it’s ready for us every time we return from going out. They clean the room in the morning and they will even fix the room in the evening! They always leave a little bedtime story and additional bottle of water for us whenever we arrive from the day’s activities.

The breakfast was amazing! They had a huge variety of options that you can choose from. We also ordered food from their menu during lunch or dinner, whenever we’re too lazy to eat out. Still, the food is equally delicious and amazing!

Lastly, I would like to thank all the lovely staff in the hotel especially the receptionists Rianti, Rasmini and Eka for looking after us during our stay. They always greet us by our names whenever we see each other. That’s very thoughtful and kind. I will definitely be back on this hotel in the future. Highly recommended!:)

Cons:

Nothing! We loved everything! — Although, I would like to say, DON’T BE DETERRED from the comments that says there is a construction near the property. Yes there is but I can’t see any fault in that cos they don’t get in anybody’s way. It’s physically separated from the hotel.

Great location, great breakfast, great staff
Pros:

We loved our stay here, sapodilla balances the authentic Bali home stay vibe with modern amenities. The location was fantastic, 2 mins walk to cafes and restaurants, 10 mins to the main shopping streets of Ubud. The breakfasts were also incredible, very generous and so tasty. The staff were so nice! Friendly and always said hello and interested in a chat but respectful of privacy as well. Daily housekeeping visits to make up the room, and they have cake and coffee/tea set out for afternoon tea every day, though we were always too full from all the yummy Ubud food to eat! We’d absolutely stay again.

Cons:

The room had a slight damp smell but this is very common in Bali. It didn’t bother us much.

Pros:

After the first night experience, I loved staying at Sapodilla. The staff is amazing, very friendly, and they made me feel at home. You can choose 6 kinds of breakfast, and they will it bring at your place at the time you prefer. Although it is on the main street, it is silent and calm. The rooms are ok; in the bathroom there is a bath accessory kit, slippers, and t-shirt, free bottled water every day. It is not in the city center, but they offer a free shuttle until night.

Cons:

The first night I was in room n. 107. It was a nightmare, I couldn't sleep at all: there was a terrible musty smell, and mice were running on the ceiling ALL NIGHT LONG. Since I had five nights there, I asked to change rooms, and finally they gave me room n. 105.
