Établissement est en plein cœur d’Ubud. Dès qu’on a passé le porche, on est vite extrait du brouhaha de la ville.
L’accueil est parfait, le personnel est charmant. Il a une très belle piscine, il y a un grand choix au niveau du petit déjeuner.
Le taxi de l’hôtel peut vous emmener gratuitement dans le centre d’Ubud.
Il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours
Bref, un très beau séjour dans un très bel établissement

お部屋も広く清潔で、テラスからの景色と鳥のさえずりを聴きながらの目覚めも最高でした。
バリ島の宿全般かもしれませんが、シャワーの出が弱く、お湯が出なかったりもしました。
でも、それは大した問題ではないほど、ホテルが素晴らしかったです。

Otel aslında çok güzel ,fakat restaurantlarında tadilat olduğu bookingde belirtilmemiş ,oyüzden sesten rahatsız olduk kahvaltı sadece odada ve havuzda yapılabiliyordu.Neyseki diğer otellerine transfer imkanı sundular,çok yardımsever ve gülergüzlü bir ekip .
En smuk, rolig og virkelig fin oase væk fra den larmende trafik. Utrolig sødt personale, der var hjælpsomme og til rådighed hele tiden. Føltes som et meget trygt og rart sted. Værelser blev gjort klar flere gange om dagen med opredning og frisk vand. Desuden var morgenmaden fantastisk og delarbejde morgenmaden som madpakke, da vi skulle afsted på trekking midt på natten. varmt anbefales
The rooms are large and immaculate. The staff are excellent. The free shuttle service was extremely helpful and much appreciated. The afternoon tea every day is fun because it’s different every day and you get to try new foods. The breakfast was the best, colourful, fresh and delicious. The juice is 100 percent squeezed, and nothing else.

My mom and I had a wonderful week-long stay at Sapodilla. The staff were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. They would bring us fresh pool towels and ice water while we relaxed by the pool, and it was so convenient being able to message them on WhatsApp whenever we had a question or needed anything.
We made great use of the complimentary shuttle service to visit local attractions, although we were able to walk to most places. Sapodilla is conveniently located within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store for snacks and essentials.
The breakfast menu offered lots of variety and accommodated different dietary needs. As a vegan, I especially loved the smoothie bowls and avocado toast, and the portions were very generous. We also looked forward to the complimentary afternoon tea each day, which included coffee or tea along with cakes and snacks.
Our room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed, soft linens, and excellent air conditioning. There was also a desk, which would be great for anyone needing to work during their stay. We were welcomed with a personalized note from the staff, which was a lovely touch. Sapodilla also rents scooters, though we found we didn’t need one during our visit.
One of the highlights of our stay was the cooking class—we thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return the next time we’re in Ubud.
A couple of things to note: the restaurant is currently under construction, so meals are delivered to your room. There is also construction taking place next door. The daytime noise never really bothered us, but if you enjoy taking afternoon naps, it’s something to be aware of. Even with the nearby construction, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, and we slept very well.
This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff who go above and beyond to create a warm, family-like atmosphere. You really feel like a guest in someone's home rather than just a customer.
The food was consistently delicious, and we
especially loved the local experiences they offer. The cooking class was a highlight, and the guided visits to the local morning market were such a fantastic way to see the community.
They even make life easier with free transport to local shops, though the location is so perfect that you're within easywalking distance to everything you need.
They also handled all of our tour arrangements
seamlessly, taking all the stress out of planning. If you're looking for a stay that combines authentic local culture with top-notch hospitality, I can't recommend them enough
Mosquitoes and a bit of local traffic noise. But, these are just parts of the local environment and certainly not the fault of the property. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with top-notch hospitality.

This is no fault of the hotel. There is a lot of building work in the local area, which generated quite a lot of daytime noise.

The property feels like a little oasis buried away from the hustle and bustle of the main st in Ubud. The staff is what really set this place apart. Incredible attention to detail and care beyond anywhere we have ever stayed.
There was heavy construction noise at the property as the cafe was being re built and also the neighbours where doing construction

Excellent stay. The food was outstanding, the welcome was warm, and the afternoon cake at 3 pm was a lovely touch. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Shuttle service, motorbike taxis and small requests were organized perfectly. Great value for money
Nothing serious. One night the bathtub overflowed and the bathroom was flooded, but the staff came immediately, handled everything calmly and without any complaint. Very impressive service.
