Många sängar, bra med parkeringsplats, trevlig personal.

Great location, no (full) airconditioning
Pros:

The location was exceptional! Right at the city center of Bad Godesberg, looking out onto the Godesburg. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the apartment assigned to us was wrong (too small for our family), so we were upgraded to an apartment bigger than what we booked, with several extra beds. Staff responded quickly to our messages when we needed something.

Cons:

The description said it has air conditioning, otherwise we would never have booked it. However, when we arrived, there were only two fans. The A/C are portable units that you can request, but their power is limited. It took us two requests to get a unit, which ended up not working fully. On the second day we were given two functioning units. Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave with exceptionally high temperatures. The coolest we could get the apartment was 28 C (82 F), This was not cool enough to recover from the extreme heat outside. Of course nobody expected a heat wave in June...
The internet kept cutting out. When it worked, it was not enough for video calls, streaming, or playing games.

Pros:

La struttura è posizionata all'interno di un quartiere sorprendente in cui si incontrano molte culture diverse offendo belle scoperte culinarie e non.
Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare le biciclette all'interno della struttura.

Cons:

Servirebbe un aggiornamento del mobilio e in generale una ristrutturazione.
Le tende permettono di oscurare poco le stanze e al mattino entra molta luce.

Good stay, but details could be improved
Pros:

The location was good with easy access to downtown Bad Godesberg and the train station. The apartment was spacious, so it could easily fit us. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed, and they were able to resolve all issues during our stay. They brought us a new air conditioning unit during the intense heatwave and a TV, both of which were helpful.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy outside at night, with many people talking and smoking. Given the intense heat we experienced during those days, we had to have open windows, so that wasn't great. There was a water leakage in the bathroom. The staff was ready to fix it, but it would have been nice not to have encountered such a problem right when arriving. Similarly, there were no towels, yet the staff brought us some (it would have been nice to have them right away without having to ask).

Lage ok, schnell am Bahnhof und in Köln

Cons:

erst eine Nacht online für 7 Personen gebucht (Dienstreise), dann telefonisch verlängert (wurde schriftlich bestätigt), dann falsches - zu kleines Appartement bekommen (2 Personen sollten ausquartiert werden in ein 2. App. in einem anderem Haus), 2 Personen schliefen dann auf der Couch bzw. einem Klappbett, keine korrigierte Rechnung, 0 Service, die Präsidenten-Suite ist angeblich seit Längerem dauervermietet, defekte Einrichtung, Mobiliar abgewohnt

Parkplatz war vorhanden

Cons:

Bettwäsche von einem Bett schien nicht gewaschen gewesen. Ausstattung für 4 Personen, ob wohl für 5 gebucht. Becher war nicht sauber, Badezimmerfenster war nicht zu öffnen. Kaffeetrichter bzw. Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Die Schränke waren gefüllt mit Dingen, die man nicht brauchte und das was man bräuchte fehlte.
