One night stay in a lovely part of town can’t really complain
Pros:

Close to railway station and short walk to Beatrix park parkrun. I really loved the room a nice corner room with big windows and lots of light

Cons:

The water pressure was very poor when I showered I was left with lots of soap on me waiting an eternity for the water to finally come back through and rinse off. Very loud music on the square until the early hours

I got bad scabies because of the hotel bedding. There was regular cleaning done but probably the bedding had bugs.

Het was een teleurstelling vooral omdat het slecht onderhouden was en vies

De locatie was goed , midden in het centrum van Almere. Helaas konden we onze auto niet parkeren in de omliggende parkeergarages die allemaal maar 1,90 m waren

Cons:

De kamer was niet schoon, De badkamer was heel vies . Er lagen allemaal haren en het douche putje was waarschijnlijk al lange tijd niet schoongemaakt zodat water slecht wegliep. Bah!

I only like the location. It’s very central

When i did the check-in they putted me to room 112. I tried to take some rest and i woke up because i feel something is biting me and i woke up with bed bugs in my bed and i have a lot of bite marks and brushes in my body. They transfer me to room 114 and then i thought everything will be fine. And after few minutes in the bed. There are more and bigger bed bugs in my bed. And it gives me more bites and marks in my body. And arms. So they moved me again to room number 7. And finally there it’s better bed no bed bugs. But the room is beside the street and you will hear all the noises from ther street. So it’s difficult to sleep when time to time you will hear the noises outside people shouting and everything.

Cons:

No funcionaba ninguno de los aires acondicionados que utilizamos en dos reservas distintas. No fueron capaces de cambiarnos las toallas cuando lo solicitamos y cuando lo conseguimos nos las dieron húmedas. Los estores no cubrían la luz lo que hacía que a las 5 de la madrugada entrara muchísima luz en la habitación. El personal... Sin saber dar soluciones en ningún momento.

Geen airco moest een ventilator gaan kopen,op een gegeven moment besloot ik om uit te checken en weggaan. Ook slechte service van de balie bij klacht indienen.

De realiteit is anders dan wat je op de foto ziet. Een grote teleurstelling !

Dirty bedbugs, no AC, unbearable noise — not worth the money at all.

The room looked clean and was decent enough for a basic stay.

Cons:

The rooms are shabby and bare minimum. There is no air conditioning or fan, which made the room suffocatingly hot. The street noise is extreme — you hear everything and can barely sleep. Most critically, there were bedbugs. I woke up covered in bites all over my body — swollen, painful, and intensely itchy. Because of this I got zero sleep the entire night. This is completely unacceptable and guests need to be warned.
