clean and comfortable facilities
Staff was confused and harried when I was checking in; their command of understanding and speaking English was not good. My room was assigned to another person not 15 minutes after I checked in. They walked in on me; fortunately I was fully clothed. Room key then did not work after I returned from being out.
Left a shirt in the room after checking out. Staff refused any help in getting it returned ( I offered to pay) and called it a "waste of time and more trouble than its worth". They suggested I return ( from Idaho!!!) to pick it up. Observed a somewhat surly and condescending attitude toward another older guest who was having trouble with her credit card checking in.
Some skulls need to be cracked at this location; be forewarned....

The location was good . Room was clean .Good for one night since my flight was cancelled
Tv was very odd to operate with some sort of voice assistance that didnt turn off . Breakfast was terrible.
The manager refused to service us. was told we had to leave. said he refunded the money but we could not get a hold of anyone at booking to help us. We did not stay there we could not find other accommodations I will not go back. It was a really terrible experience.

The room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels every day. Very close to everything, quiet, a great deal for the price!
The only complaint is the the bed was a bit soft for me

Bathroom storage poor, no shelving and sinks outside bathroom.
The waffles were very good and I liked the yogurt
having more choices to choose from. maybe some sweet rolls/pastries, or packets of oatmeal
I felt like we were being watched like a hawk.
also, breakfast ending at 9am is very early, especially for a weekend.
I never saw food taken away so fast.

everything was okay but we were accused of smoking in the room when we don't even smoke and have never smoked in our lives. When we went back to clarify, we found out that it was another room but that left a negative feeling.
There is no place to put toiletries near the sink and there are not enough hooks for towels.
Reception are rude, I was charged 100 for security, got it back but then got charged again when I only spent a night there no damages where done. I called to do the claim amd the receptionist was so rude and drop the phone call..

The location was nice
There was a weird smell in the hallways. The breakfast was literally waffles, cereal and oatmeal. Everything felt sticky and dirty.
