Gute, saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal. Wir können diese Logis allen wärmsten empfehlen.
Pros:

Freundliche Begrüssung. Für die Velos wurde ohne Probleme einen Platz zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Zimmer gab es Kaffee, Tee, Getränke und verschiedenste Snacks, liebevoll arrangiert.

Unpersönlich alles per Telefon
Cons:

Es war niemand vor Ort. Ich musste erst anrufen, um überhaupt die Tür geöffnet zu bekommen. Alles ging dann nur per Telefon. Im Zimmer waren dann Elektrokabel offen.

Aucun accueil, il nous a fallu téléphoner pour que l'on puisse accéder à notre chambre

Très mauvaise surprise, le petit-déjeuner consistait en quelques biscuits, une briquette de jus de fruit, et une machine à café à dosettes, laissés sur un bureau dans la chambre.

We konden er geen ontbijt krijgen. De mooie achtertuin was ook niet voor de hotelgasten bedoeld.

Sehr schön und nette Leute.
Pros:

Die Lage und das sehr freundliche Personal, zum Beispiel Massimo (oder wie heisst er?) von der Reception. Der ist absolut genial und hilfsbereit. Grazie mille!

Und das Restaurant ist natürlich einsame Spitze. Nicht ganz billig aber preiswert! Sowas findest du sonst nicht in Vercelli.

Cons:

Ich suche und suche…
Vielleicht beim Frühstück könnte man noch etwas zulegen, dafür würde ich gerne etwas mehr bezahlen.

Das Hotel und die Leitung des Hotels sind katastrophal, nie wieder!

Keine Rezeption. Winziges Zimmer, total laut vom Flur, ein dunkles Loch. Schroffer, arroganter Chef. Die guten Bewertungen bei booking und in Reiseführern absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Garten nicht benutzbar.

Pros:

Das Essen im Restaurant war großartig, die Lage ist für einen Städtebesuch ausgezeichnet und die Parkmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber dem Hotel war prima.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht klein und das Bad für 2 Personen recht eng und das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefehlt.

La posizione ottima per i nostri spostamenti tra la stazione e le destinazioni del viaggio. La camera in linea generale era confortevole. Letti comodi, doccia spaziosa. Colazione in camera adeguata.

Cons:

Solo tre dettagli da tener conto per i prossimi clienti. 1. Abbiamo trovato la spazzatura del bagno piena del cliente precedente e con un odore molto sgradevole. 2. Non avevamo abbastanza carta igienica e dopo la pulizia della camera non ci è stata aggiunta. 3. Per vedere la tv ho dovuto fare la ricerca dei canali perché non c’era segnale.
