Personal nett, Zimmer ok, würde ich aber nicht nochmal buchen!
Pros:

Wir wurden in dem Hotel Surselva nett begrüßt. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Für eine Nacht ( Mittwoch, also unter der Woche!!) war das ok.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt zentral, etwas entfernt von der ganz netten Altstadt, auf der sogenannten Partymeile.
Neben der Rezeption befindet sich eine Bar, in der bereits morgens getrunken und geraucht wird. Offensichtlich wurde das Herrenklo des Hotels direkt neben der Rezeption von den Barbesuchern genutzt.
Mit entsprechenden Sprays wurde regelmäßig versucht Gerüche zu überdecken.
An einem Wochenende würde ich dort nicht einchecken. Im benachbarten Haus befinden sich dubiose Läden mit roten Licht.

Cheguei em horário avançado, o colaborador me deixou ciente de tudo, disse que não haveria recepcionista e me explicou tudo como abrir o hotel etc… quando cheguei no hotel ele estava me esperando fora do horário e disse que ficou para me aguardar! O cara é gente boa demais, chegamos com fome ele indicou um sanduíche bem perto do hotel, quando sai pra comprar comida ele foi comigo até o estabelecimento e me apresentou para o dono e informou que éramos hóspedes do hotel.. o quarto é gigante o banheiro é bom e as instalações do hotel sao muito boas.

Cons:

Não tive nenhum desagrado nessa acomodação! Foi tudo excelente.

Only downside was being unaware of the diamond cut out sockets so struggled to charge our phones. Not the hotels fault but something to consider

Dated public areas, smells of smoke. Room was nice and fresh though.

Tout d'abord je vous ai déjà expliqué plusieurs fois qu'exactement la même offre était visible SUR VOTRE PROPRE SITE 40 % moins chère: mais sans réponse appropriée jusqu'ici !!!
Non plus apprécié studio donnant sur la rue : extrêmement bruyant!!!
