Sehr gute Lage, nah am Park und zur Altstadt gelegen; sehr komfortabel und, obwohl es an einer größeren Straße liegt, ruhig; hundefreundlich.

Cons:

Schöne Küchenzeile, die eigentlich zum Kochen einlädt, aber bei der Geschirrausstattung fehlt Einiges: Teekanne, Topfdeckel f. den kl. Topf, (Salat-)Schüssel.

O locație deosebită , cu parcare în apropiere . Foarte relaxant și liniștit .
Pros:

Excelent și foarte aproape de centrul orașului și facil de ajuns , fie pe jos , fie cu tramvaiul .

Cons:

Puțin complicat cu operațiunile de chek-in, chek-out , dar modern și frumos .

Gut für Privatsphäre der Eltern und Kinder
Pros:

Wie man aus einem DDR Plattenbau in so eine toll geschnittene Wohnung verwandeln kann, ist erstaunlich.

Cons:

Die Lage, war nicht ganz zentral, jedoch mit Bus oder Auto, ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der Ausblick hat natürlich auf das Plattenviertel geführt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht, was die Räume sehr aufgeheizt hat. Ein Ventilator wäre als Option eine gute Alternative. Die schwarzen Vorhänge passen zum ganzen Stil aber sie ziehen auch die Wärme an.

Innenstadt füßläufig erreichbar, sehr sauber, relativ neu saniertes Wohnhaus, schönes Interieur, gute Zimmeraufteilung, kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür, kein Personal außer Reinigung vor Ort, Self-Check-in problemlos und selbsterklärend

Cons:

Backofen würde Selbstversorgung erleichtern, für zwei Herdplatten war bei uns nur eine kleine Pfanne da, aber kein Topf, Nachricht dazu per whats-app blieb ohne Reaktion

Würden wiederkommen, nur nicht bei tropischen Nächten
Pros:

Moderne Ausstattung, viel Platz für 4 Personen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es bei der Ankunft sehr warm, da Querlüftung nicht möglich, wurden die Temperaturen erst morgens erträglich.
