The owners have put so much passion and personality behind the property and accommodation, they made everything smooth and incredibly welcoming. The owner met me at the port to walk me back to the property and even gave me all the information of what to do around the island.

Todo estuvo perfecto! Aunque sólo estuvimos un día podemos decir que es un lugar excelente para parar e. Paros, fácil de acceder, hermoso lugar y su dueño muy amable y nos dio todas las explicaciones para manejarlos durante el corto tiempo que estuvimos. GRACIAS!

El dueño es súper agradable nos recogió del ferri y nos indicios sitios importantes para visitar en la isla, estuvimos dos noches y un día, gracias a lo que nos explicó pudimos ver todo lo importante de la isla. Nos encantó la experiencia. 10/10 volveremos

Such a friendly and colourful vibe here. Nothing wasted, and all eco as possible. It delivered exactly what it promised and more. The owners were fantastic hosts and ensure you have what you need, offering morning coffee, friendly conversation and great recommendation for what to do how to get there and where is good to eat. I travelled alone and stayed for 5 days and never felt lonely. This is so important for me. Im sure I will be back. ♡♡♡

A very colourful apartment with everything you might need! The location is great, with 3 parking spots nearby, and only 2 minutes on foot from the center of Paroikia. The owner, Konstantinos, is very helpful and the best tour guide for Paros! It is also pet friendly, so we were able to have our dog with us for the first time.
Highly recommended!!

Warm welcome at the port and a quick guided tour on the walk to the hotel, a really nice colourful and welcoming place to stay. The lovely hosts gave us brilliant advice on what to do and where to go. A great base for a visit.

There are hotels you rate for the facilities, closeness to the main attractions etc., and there are places which are much more like a home away from home. Ok fine this is not luxury, but the experience of meeting Kostantinos and being exposed to his passion for the island cannot be described: you have to try it. He came to pick us up at the port late at night at no extra cost and gave us useful info - including arranging for car rental - long after we had left his hotel to move to another part of the island.

We had a wonderful time at Viva Margarita. From the arrival at the port with a personal pick up, morning coffees with local day tips over to the lovely caring by the owners.

Everything was OK

Super accueil, hôtes aimables, gentils, serviables.
Super terrasse sur le toit où ils nous offrent boisson chaude et petit gâteau pour le petit déjeuner.
Hôtel idéalement placé, très calme.

La struttura ha un’ottima posizione. L’ospitalità eccellente. Ogni mattina c’era il caffè e un dolce nella terrazza dove si chiacchierava tra ospiti e Costantino dava le indicazioni per trascorrere un’ottima giornata a Paros. Davvero carino! Consiglio.
