The view from our room. Nice large room. Easy access
Beds very comfortable
Lighting in the room. No plug in the basin in bathroom, had to request this three times before getting one. Hot breakfast not warm. If they are trying to save water don't put out clean towels everyday, but if the do replace the towels everyday remember to replace them all. On arrovall we had no bathmat, which is a problem as there is no shower door and the floor gets wet. The one mat we did get the next day was not adequate. Need at least two and large ones. Otherwise our stay was great.

Room 47 view of rubbish at rear of hotel.
Only 1 chair in room fir 2 guests.
No outdoor seating area outside the room.
No fridge we had to collect ice bucket from bar.
Room is sorely lacking in maintenance.
Shower head was blocked and trickled water.
Furniture is old and damaged.
Curtains too short for door.
Staff lounging on outdoor furniture at bar on their mobile phones totally unaware of guests needing service.
Staff in dining room slouching around on their mobile phones too.
Poor management and staff training.
Being woken at 5:30am to the blaring music and woman instructor from the gym next door was an annoying start to the day.
We paid 4 star rates for a cheap budget motel.
What a shame, we were really looking forward to our stay but left dissapointed.
Upon returning to my room after breakfast I found my bedroom door open. It was not forced open and it is therefore not unreasonable to believe that it was housekeeping. It was firstly an invasion of my privacy and secondly by not locking the door again my personal belongings were at risk of being stolen.

The building is in decay. Walking to my room - room 22 - gutters hanging off the roof. The room had filthy carpets. You had to use your own login details for Nertflix. Certainly not a good hotel. The parking are is also full of potholes worsr than the N2.
Amazing spot with great views.
The property needs some TLC, just a little bit of maintenance could go a long way. Bathroom fittings and furniture is very dated.

The service was terrible waited an hour and a half for supper .. had to find a waiter to be served .. not enuf coffee in room had to go and buy coffee

No mini fridge and the the shower was open so water was all over the bathroom after showering
I loved the location and the staff was very friendliest.
The room don't have microwave, fridge or an iron. Although they have an option of taking the food to warm.it for you, also to take your drinks and keep them in their hotel ( main hotel) also come take your clothes and iron them for you at no cost, with this past weekend whether going outside to warm your good is really inconveniencing, or to call after midnight to request to warm your food, neither to call for drinks to be taken to a fridge my clothes where taken to be ironed then one item was missing after requesting it was found. Honestly that i didn't like.
Better option can be provided for this.
