Some very good points and some very bad points
Pros:

Room 22 was beautiful with stunning views. The food was amazing. Best chips I’ve ever tasted. Both receptionists were very helpful

Cons:

Room 101 was not as comfortable. The telephone didn’t work, there was no socket next to bed ( to charge phone) and the balcony was so tiny it only fitted 1 chair. , although it was classed as a family room!

Zeer naar tevredenheid in dit hotel verbleven.
Pros:

Service van het personeel. Locatie van het hotel is schitterend. Fijn zwembad.

Cons:

Helaas zijn de deurdrangers op de kamerdeuren heel sterk afgesteld. Hierdoor irritant lawaai wanneer gasten deuren zonder controle dicht lieten vallen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderbarem Ausblick
Pros:

Die Aussicht des Zimmers im 2. Stock mit Meerblick war außerordentlich schön. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, haben sehr bequeme Betten und viel Platz zum verstauen. Das Bad ist nicht sehr modern aber völlig in Ordnung. Es steht ein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung und bei jeder Reinigung werden Tee, Kaffee und Gebäck nachgefüllt.
Der Pool ist sehr schön und wir haben immer eine Liege bekommen, wenn wir es wollten. Es gibt am Pool frische Handtücher.
Das Frühstück war für uns völlig ausreichend. Von typisch englischen Gerichten bis zum frischen Obst war alles dabei.
Wichtig für Besuchende des Hotels ist zu wissen, dass das Hotel etwas abgelegen und nur mit einem längeren Aufstieg bergan und über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist. Alternativ kann man jedes mal ein Taxi nehmen. Wenn man abends gern nochmal ausgeht oder hin und her zum Strand will, ist das etwas mühsam. Anreise vom Flughafen ist daher nicht mit dem Bus zu empfehlen, da man mit dem Gepäck mühsam eine steile Treppe aufsteigen muss. Wir hatten dazu vorher keine Info gefunden. Im Hotel gibt es keinen Fahrstuhl, hier hilft jemand beim Koffer herauftragen.
Die Insel ist einfach so wunderbar, dass wir gern zurückkehren möchten. Wir sind ohne Auto gut zurechtgekommen. Das Busnetz ist gut ausgebaut und es gibt Radtouren jenseits der engen Straßen.

Cons:

Aus unserer Sicht gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf, was den Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen im Frühstücks- und Restaurantbereich angeht. Wir hätten uns zumindest eine grundlegende Freundlichkeit gewünscht, haben den Umgang aber eher als ablehnend empfunden. Das fanden wir nicht angemessen und haben deshalb auch das Restaurant am Abend eher gemieden.

A gem of a hotel
Pros:

A gorgeous little resort style hotel with amazing views, lovely rooms - so worth the extra for a balcony - perfect location (walk down to St Aubin’s bay in 10 minutes) and a top quality restaurant (book tables in advance).

Cons:

Only real ‘fault’ is lack of air conditioning, plus one of the receptionist smewhat unhelpful.

Pros:

Hotellet ligger i perfekte omgivelser og perfekt plassert for å kunne komme seg rundt, både med buss og gående. Rett ned en bakke og du har en lang promenade til enten St Helier eller til St Aubin. Deilig med basseng på hotellet da tidevannet er en utfordring til å bade i sjøen.
Personalet i sin helhet har vært alldeles fantastiske, alltid beredt til å hjelpe deg, alltid høflig og smilende, all ris til dem!

Cons:

Synes frokosten kunne hatt litt mer variert pålegg, det feks ingen friske grønnsaker, noe vi skandinaver liker veldig godt.
