Great location and view
Pros:

Great view and location. Our room was upgraded, which had the best view.

Cons:

The hotel didn't accept USD .Toiletries didn't match the hotel's standards (no bathroom slippers,dental kit,etc)

Pros:

Rustige ligging op wandelafstand van de stad. Zeer comfortabele kamers en bedden. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker restaurant!

Cons:

Spijtig dat er geen cappuccino was bij het ontbijt. Anders alles tiptop!

Decent hotel with good views and food, but it’s overpriced, the pool is too small, and the lack of a bar is disappointin

An exceptional stay that delivers 100% value for money.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional; the location, the food, the rooms, the facilities, and the hospitality were all top-notch. This was our second visit, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. Stunning hotel with a superb view onto kandy
Pros:

We had a beautiful stay at Rivora Heights. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. From the moment you enter you feel almost like a spa atmosphere. Our room was so well designed and had a beautiful mountain view. The service was superb and we can highly recommend having breakfast with a view. All in all, this was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. We left well rested and would always come back.

Comfortable stay with incredible views
Pros:

Staff were fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. Couldn't do enough for us. It's a very new, clean hotel, with very comfy beds. The pool was a nice treat and the views from the restaurant were stunning. Food in the restaurant was good, the breakfast was a little basic but still very varied.

Cons:

Not much we didnt like. It's a bit of a walk up the hill but that gave us amazing views on their rooftop restaurant and to be fair you could easily get a tuk tuk, they're everywhere, easy to catch just outside hotel.
