It is a good hotel with reasonable price
Pros:

This hotel, Homestay Hotel, is good. Its price is reasonable in that neighborhood and its location is good: you can walk to the three major tourist attractions in 15 minutes: Republic Square, Cascade and National Opera and Ballet Theatre. It is surrounded by many shops like supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel front desk speaks good English and always wanted to lend a hand to tourists. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast. The only disadvantage is that you have to climb to 4th floor to check-in without elevator but the reception staff shall help you to carry your luggage.

Pros:

Классная геолокация, всё рядом. Очень дружелюбный персонал, за это им отдельное спасибо. Номер очень чистый, когда приеду в Ереван, остановлюсь снова здесь

le personnel n'est pas accueillant, on peut trouver bien mieux à Erevan pour le prix de la nuitée. le seul point positif est la localisation.

Вывеску повесить с указаттелем - как пройти! Во дворе тоже!

Обычный номер в Ереване! Расположение хорошее!

Cons:

Отель в жилом доме на самом высоком этаже по крутой лестнице с чемоданами - это круто! Вход со стороны улицы! Такси привезла нас во двор дома .... там тупик! Взод есть со двора, но вывески нет! Бегали искали.... нашли! Всё обыкновенно, немного шумно! Имеется кухня общая! Не очень удобная мебель! В целом нормально

Отличное местоположение, отзывчивый персонал, просторный чистый номер, рядом супермаркет, трансфер из аэропорта и обратно был хорошо организован на комфортабельном автомобиле.

Cons:

Не было бутилированной питьевой воды, возможно проточная пригодна для питья, но я не привыкла. Фен в ванной не помешал бы.

Nous y retournerons avec plaisir
Pros:

Emplacement central et tranquille , Personnel très sympathique et efficace , réception ouverte H24, cuisine et salon commun très pratiques

Cons:

différents détails étaient perfectibles et après en avoir parlé avec les employés,ils nous ont assuré qu'ils les corrigeraient donc.....no comment

Alojamieno buen situado pero con mucho que mejorar
Pros:

La ubicacion en en centto de Erevsn era buena

Cons:

La cama, el colchón estaba hundido por ambos lados. Cuando llegamos vemos que la cama doble grande, tenia un edredón para una cama pequeña, y la sabana estaba sucia.y arrugada, parecía no haberse cambiado. Llamamos al chico de recepcion y y le dijimos que nos la cambiase. Creemos que lo hizo y nos dejó otro edredón sencillo, lo cual no es lo adecuado para una cama grande.
La ducha estaba llena de cal, de no haberse limpiado correctamente.
El alojamiento, que no es hotel sino un piso doble, parecia reformado no hace mucho y dispone de una sala con mesas y cocina para ser usada con buena pinta. No hicimos uso de ella. Pero está ubicado en un edificio viejo en el tervcer piso sin ascensor, por lo que subir xon maletas es penoso.
El parking que anuncian es un pario trasero, donde se aparca como se puede entre los edificios, cuando llegué, a pesar de avisar con riempo de necesitar parking, la plaza estaba ocupada y nadie sabia de quien era el coche, tuve que aparcar como pude a riesgo de que me rayaran el coche tya que las plazas no se ven definidas.
Tiene mucho que mejorar el alojamiento. Espero que esta crítica les ayude a ello

Супер соответствие цены качеству
Pros:

Отличный отель! Понравилось расположение, тишина, чистота в номере. Невероятно дружелюбный персонал!

Cons:

Как и писали в предыдущих отзывах, есть небольшие проблемы с матрасом. Правда после целого дня прогулок по чудесному Еревану вы вряд ли это заметите :)
