Severe noise, unacceptable hygiene, and unjustified service markups—avoid
Cons:

While positioned as an affordable option, the reality of staying at this property is far from a bargain. Future guests should carefully consider these significant red flags before booking:

- Zero Soundproofing: The lack of acoustic insulation is staggering. You can clearly hear every footstep from the room above, constant activity in the lobby, and full conversations in the courtyard—even with the windows completely shut. It was impossible to get a restful night's sleep.

- Poor Hygiene: Basic cleanliness standards were not met. Upon check-in, I found black hair on supposedly "clean" bed linens and visible dirt left on the floor.

- Opaque & Overpriced Services: The hotel charges 70 GEL for an airport transfer but refuses to provide a receipt. For context, a Bolt ride is significantly faster, feels safer, provides full digital receipts, and costs half the price (30-35 GEL). Travelers should be highly cautious about booking any services or excursions through the front desk, as you risk significant, undisclosed markups.

- Subpar Breakfast: The morning meal is served in a dreary, nondescript basement room, accompanied by genuinely bad coffee.

A hidden gem in the heart of the old town - authentic charm and outstanding service !
Pros:

Charming little hotel, ideally located in the heart of the old town and set back on a quiet street. The building is historic and has been carefully renovated. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, well soundproofed from one another, and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is served as a buffet with fresh products. If desired, you can also enjoy a delicious made-to-order omelette.
The welcome is exceptionally warm and attentive. The owner and her team are incredibly considerate and make guests feel comfortable and well cared for.
Most of the main attractions are just a short walk away, and there are several excellent restaurants in the neighborhood.

Вежливый персонал

Cons:

Отель с собственным двориком среди жилых домов. Неплохой ремонт. Лифта нет. Персонал работает до 20ч. В номере есть небольшая кухня, но посуды нет. Мизерные чашки и стаканы. Очень грязный унитаз, пришлось отмывать самой. На полках пыль. При входе нет вешалок, на балкон с кухни не выйти, закрыт столом. При разложенном диване в спальне, к шкафу не подойти. В общем, втроем неудобно. Подушки ужасные, спать неудобно.
Завтрак-это отношение к гостю! Не можешь, не заявляй!
Завтраки ужасные, жирные пережаренные оладьи, жирный кусок резиновой яичницы, называемой омлетом. Все холодное. Куски пережаренных сосисок и ! микротреугольники хлеба с невкусной красной икрой. Арбуз не пробовала. Своих денег однозначно не стоит. Не рекомендую.

Nice family hotel in Sololaki. Quiet, familial and neat.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Ariaki . The three points I'm going to talk about are :
• The rooms
• The food
• The hospitality💜

First the rooms :the beds are so cumfy , the blanket was a bit heavy but in a good way:-) and finally the linen was so soft .The air con was a relief in the summer heat of Tblisi and the tv was full of exciting movies.

Second is going to be the tasty food:
I personnally just experienced the wonderful breakfast .There was some pancakes and saucigisse,some vegetables,some biscuits and little cakes and a really good omelette.

Finally,(the best is the last ),the hospitality:
We met a wonderful young woman called Mariam,who gave us some super tips about what to do in Tbilisi.

In conclusion,This is a awesome hotel and I really hope you go there and try it for yourself because I think you will love as much as we did(or more:-)).
