Ayasofya Hotel - Special Class

All the staff were amazing, always helping with anything they can. They help you with information regarding not just sightseeing but also traveling, shopping, helping with your itinerary etc.
Rooms were cosy and very clean.
Breakfast was very good with a great view from the roof terrace.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Ayasofya. The hotel is located in a great area, within easy walking distance of the main attractions, yet it remains remarkably quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep.

The room was comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. Housekeeping standards were excellent throughout our stay.

We were traveling with an elderly family member, and the staff were especially attentive and considerate. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help made the stay much easier and more enjoyable for our entire group.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating. If there was something specific we needed or preferred, they were always happy to help and provide it whenever possible. This personalized attention made us feel especially well cared for.

What really made the difference was the hospitality of the entire team. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome from arrival to departure.

Overall, Hotel Ayasofya offers an excellent combination of comfort, cleanliness, location, and outstanding service. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

What made it special is that Dena was outstanding helpful and she takes time with customer to make them at ease and make them comfortable she is very caring loving and absolutely a gem she is highly professional polite always smiling and helpful if it wasn’t for us meeting her I wouldn’t be as happy as I am now she s amazing don’t feel like going I m touched by her

The Ayasofya Hotel-Special Class was outstanding for our stay in Istanbul! The staff was extremely helpful with airport transfers and recommendations, and the breakfast was fantastic each morning— so many options, and Ece and the breakfast team went above and beyond preparing Turkish coffees and chatting with all the guests, we felt very special and well looked after! The quadruple room for our family of 4 was perfect— both bedrooms were large, had sitting areas and closets which was very comfortable. There was a large shower, plenty of hot water and everything was very clean (as well as great air conditioning!) The location was fantastic— close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia and it was easy to get to other parts of the city using the trams! Would definitely stay again if we return to Istanbul!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ayasofya hotel. The staff especially Farit was sooo nice and always greeted us with a smile. Every single person, from the manager lady in the breakfast area and the amazing chef who fed us delicious breakfast every morning and the guy who was at the reception in the evening (forgot his name) were soo kind. They all made us feel home. We will definitely come back if we visit Istanbul again and highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff was the most helpful of any hotel I have stayed in in the country(USA) or out of the country. Trips tours they are the best

Emplacement parfait à 10 mn à pied des sites à visiter, des bars et restaurants. Petit hôtel très calme, cosy, très propre. La terrasse sur le Bosphore très appréciée pour les petits déjeuners très copieux et variés. Et...le personnel extrêmement accueillant et agréable, en plus Amina et Donia parlent parfaitement français, ce qui est génial. L'accueil est exceptionnel. Allez-y les yeux fermés.
