Es ist ein gutes Hotel aber sie sollten drauf schauen das auch rundum Frühstück alles funktioniert!!

Die Lage des Hotels, die Sauberkeit ,der Rezeptionist der uns am Abend empfangen hat war auch sehr nett.
Die Parkmöglichkeit in Innenhof, die Betten waren auch sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die junge Dame, die das Frühstück vorbereiten musste hat sich verschlafen und wir haben eine Stunde warten müssen bis sie das Frühstück mit Mühe und Not vorbereitet hatte.
Sie hat vergessen bei der Kaffeemaschine irgendwas nach der Reinigung umzustecken und statt Wasser in Kaffee haben wir das ätzende Reinigungsmittel geschlucht ,wir haben ihr das gesagt ,sie ist dann in Panik geraten und schnell zur Kaffeemaschine gelaufen und umgesteckt. Das Wasser zum Trinken hat sie nicht ausgetauscht, wie mussten in die Küche gehen um frisches Wasser zu holen.
Wir haben den Vorfall der Rezeptionistin die in der Früh in Dienst war gemeldet, sie hat unsere Email Adresse verlangt und gesagt sie redet mit dem Manager und die werden dann eine Antwort schreiben, aber das ist bis heute nicht passiert.
Laut Rezeptionistin das Frühstück wird von einer anderer Firma gemacht und anscheinend die haben kein geschultes Personal. Schade sowas dürfte in einem guten Hotel nicht vorkommen!

A great hotel that I would definitely recommend. I enjoyed my stay and will return in Future
Pros:

While the location is quite a distance from the city center (my own oversight when booking), the stay itself was excellent. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured great lighting and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was lovely, though it was missing a hand shower spray (shatafa), which is essential for Muslim guests.

Cons:

The breakfast lacked diversity—offering almost exclusively European options with little consideration for other cultural preferences (Such as Muslims).

Pros:

Nagyon szép, felújított szálloda! Tiszta és kényelmes. Jó a fürdőszobája és az erkélye is! Minden tetszett!
