Real Haciendas

Hôtel situé à 10min à pied du centre ville. Nous avions une des plus grandes chambres avec sa terrasse privative. Elle était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. La piscine est située dans une arrière cour qui est arborée et au calme : nous avons même pu observer des iguanes. Petit plus une cuisine commune entièrement équipée et propre est disponible avec thé et café à disposition. Places de parking gratuites à deux pas de l'hôtel. Enfin mention spéciale pour le personnel à l'accueil qui est à vos petits soins et vous donne même des conseils de balades.

The vibe was super authentic and homely, it had lovely spaces to relax and a gorgeous pool to cool off in. But mostly we appreciated the hospitality- Luis was amazing and was so kind, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We stayed for our one year wedding anniversary and were surprised and delighted to find our room decorated for our special day. Honestly we couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you for making our trip to Valladolid !

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with great facilities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. For the price, we felt the value was excellent.

What really made our stay special, though, was the service. Louis and Julio at reception were absolutely fantastic — incredibly attentive, friendly and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome.

De accommodatie was heel erg schoon, komt overeen met de foto's. Het hotel is 's avonds ook afgesloten, geeft ook een prettig gevoel. De keuken mag iedereen vrij gebruiken, je kan zelf koffie of thee zetten.

Maar wat ons vooral is opgevallen, het extreem aardige en lieve personeel, dikke 10!

Top locatie en prachtige hacienda! Kamer was top, precies zoals beschreven, erg schoon! Personeel was geweldig, enorm behulpzaam, hadden veel tips over wat te doen en de omgeving.

La atención de Luis fue increíble des del principio. Nos ayudó con la contratación de excursiones y transportes de todo tipo así como recomendaciones locales en Valladolid. El sitio es acogedor y la piscina muy cómoda para refrescarse después de visitar los alrededores de la ciudad.

La struttura è molto curata, pulita e accogliente. È un luogo silenzioso e tranquillo dove potersi rilassare. La posizione è molto comoda sia per il centro che per la stazione dei bus. In reception aiutano anche per organizzare taxi e gite. La cucina è ben equipaggiata. Lo staff è gentile e accogliente, si prende discretamente cura dei propri ospiti, un po' come sentirsi a casa!

La struttura era in una buona posizione, a pochi passi dal centro. Molto comode e accoglienti le zone comuni, soprattutto la cucina dotata di tutto. Un plauso particolare a Luis e ai suoi preziosi consigli sia sulle attività che i suggerimenti culinari

The shared kitchen, location, staff

El hotel es pequeñito pero muy bonito no parece el tipico hotel, la zona de la piscina te hace sentir fuera de la ciudad completamente. Hemos estado muy agusto con el trato que nos dieron Luis y Jafer , nos dieron muchas recomendaciones de sitios para comer y visitar. Necesitabamos tambien llegar a otra ciudad y Luis nos ayudó para encontrar un buen transporte.
Sin duda un sitio al que volver y que recomiendo.

Tout ! C'est un endroit très bien situé à Valladolid. L'hacienda est très belle et bien équipée avec un coin cuisine où l'on peut faire à manger et une belle terrasse couverte pour déjeuner ou dîner. Il y a un marché juste à côté... Tout est très bien pensé.

We had an amazing stay here, with very friendly staff. We stayed for 4 nights but would've stayed 2 weeks if we could. The hotel and garden were lovely, the location was quite central but still quiet, the kitchen was a big bonus.

Tout le personnel est accueillant. Hotel Très agréable et bien pratique avec sa cuisine mise à disposition. Bien situé dans un quartier vivant à deux pas du marché communal.

Staff gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno accolto descrivendoci i servizi inclusi e proposto anche un tour molto conveniente e onesto!
La stanza è pulita e fornita di tutto.
C'è disponibilità in cucina di potersi preparare un caffè e godere della splendida location. Davvero bello questo hotel! Consiglio assolutamente!

It was a really nice place, close to the market, convenient that there was a kitchen, nice communal areas with games. Pool had a good size and staff was really friendly. Bed was confortable and a good size for México.
