Pros:

Overall good.but parking was bit difficult.

Cons:

Tea.coffee kettiles not found in room.small bath room. every things are neat and clean

Its a good place to visit or stay
Pros:

Its actually very good place to stay. I don't think this much about the room i mean its actually exceeded my expectations.I am very happy with everything i had experienced at the hotel

Absolutely would recommend
Pros:

The stay was quite wonderful. we took a 4member room suite, quite budget friendly for such a big room, and it was so clean. Would surely recommend anyone tourist family to stay by here. Location is very accessible close to beach ,metro and other refreshments too. Easy to find public transport too from here.

Great budget-friendly stay near Ernakulam North Railway Station—just a short walk away and also close to the Town Hall Metro Station. Kenz Residency is a solid choice if you're looking for a convenient and affordable place.,Very clean and neat rooms .
