لاانصح فيه للعوائل العرب والخليجيين ان سكنته لانه قريب من العياده الي اراجع فيها
لاكن والله لو يستقبلوني ببلاش ماأنزل فيه
وصاخه اثاث قديم موقع سيى جدا
ان منتبهت ان فيه ملهى الاسياب
من الساعه 9م كلهم سكارى وكل شوي واحد يطق بابك مضيع دربه

Its in the downtown very conventiant location to access all the areas esily in kochi, Good Veiw of metro,And the breakfast and staff were amazing

Pros:

The location of the hotel is good, though it is very tricky to get inside the hotel with a car as the entrance is located right in the center of the traffic signals. The staff are extremely collaborative and warm. Fantastic breakfast, yet items were short even by 9:30. The restaurant's staffing shortage leads to minimal confusion and delays when there are a lot of customers. Foreign guests are the main priority for supervisors and managers. Still, other staff were trying their best to help us.

Cons:

A grievous matter. We are ages 59 and visitors. A couple is 65 and 60. Of course, at this age we don't do Zumba dancing with loud music. We are conversing about a few family matters inside the room, and we frequently receive calls from the reception saying that we are causing a disturbance to the next room! We're merely chatting, not raising our voices. When the sound affects the neighboring rooms, it is evident that the room design is the issue. Later I found the next room, which was separated from our room by a wooden door. It is not at all suitable for a star hotel.

Booking.com failure
Pros:

Cons:

We took what booking.com recommended us for 2 adults and 3 kids, but at the hotel we were not given a connecting room, had to make the kids sleep in different room which was really stressing, can’t able to sleep as we had to check the kids constantly by going to the other room
