Pros:

Отличный новый отель! Очень стильный и модный. Персонал очень дружелюбный и обходительный.

Cons:

Даже и придраться не к чему, ну разве что кондиционер мог бы быть помощнее , но в целом его хватало.

Lovely hotel but had some issues with stairs to the room
Pros:

Spacious room . Good breakfast options with attentive staff

Cons:

Very dark in the bedroom and a lot of stairs to get to our room . I had requested a room with minimal stairs to climb. Also steep driveway when walking from the Main Street. Also aircon didn’t work that well .

Pros:

Me encantó el hotel . Un hotel verdaderamente 5 estrellas y lo mejor son sus empleados en Turquía poca gente habla inglés y quisiera felicitar especialmente a Yusuf bilingüe y muy amable quien me ayudó inclusive con una reserva que quise hacer en otra ciudad .
También fueron muy amables Alparslan, Beyza y Zilan y en el spa un súper masaje de Mang Astri .

Pros:

There are hotels that look beautiful in photos, and then there are places that completely exceed your expectations when you arrive. Sacred Mansion belongs to the second category.

The moment you walk through the doors, it feels like stepping into another world. Every corner of the hotel is thoughtfully designed, combining the magic of Cappadocia with a luxurious and almost fairytale-like atmosphere. The architecture, the cave-inspired spaces, the elegant décor, the terraces overlooking the valleys and hot-air balloons, everything feels carefully crafted and incredibly unique. Looking at the photos online is impressive, but being there in person is something else entirely.

What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. You could feel that they cared about their guests and wanted everyone to have the best possible experience.

We had a booking situation where we had two separate reservations and were originally expected to change rooms during our stay. Despite some confusion regarding our request, the staff went out of their way to help us. When I explained that moving rooms that day wouldn’t be possible, they did their best to find a solution and ultimately allowed us to stay in the same room. It may seem like a small gesture, but it saved us a lot of stress and showed how committed they are to accommodating their guests.

The breakfast was another highlight. Fresh, delicious, and incredibly varied, with everything you could possibly want to start your day. Combined with the stunning surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere, every morning felt special.

This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience. Beautiful, relaxing, welcoming, and memorable in every way. Without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I would return in a heartbeat.

Pros:

Очень красивый, стильный, новый отель.
В номере есть все необходимое, даже портативная большая колонка.
Отель - одна сплошная фотозона.
Вкусный богатый завтрак, ресторан выше всяких похвал. Большая парковка
Нам все понравилось, обязательно вернемся, но есть нюансы. О них в минусах ниже.

Cons:

Самый главный минус - мини-бар за деньги, при этом прайса нигде нет.
Для кого важен телевизор, его в номере нет, учтите это при бронировании. Для нас это не критично.
Отель расположен «спиной» к месту взлета шаров, если ветер будет в другую сторону - шары не прилетят в эту часть. Если хотите рассвет и шары, лучше выбирать центральную часть Гёреме.

Disappointment and not recommended despite a very beautiful property.

Cons:

The lift is always not working, the room is wayyyyyy too dark, especially in the bathroom. And once I specifically asked not to be disturbed and no room cleaning, yet someone entered my room and touched my things despite the clear instructions. Complete disrespect and invasion of my privacy. Definitely not 5 stars that they claimed. They tried to make it up but till date I have not heard updates and there is no news since I checked out. Very disappointing.
