Pros:

Great location with view, breakfast was good. Only food disappointment was that the Sri Lankan food was dumbed down for western tastes. I understand buffets are designed to feed everyone, however I would have liked to tasted Sri Lankan food .

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Great hotel, slightly out of the crowd but still close to all the main touristic points.
Very spacious land with gorgeous pool.

Consigliato, buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Posizione ottima vicino alle attrazioni principali. Piscina molto bella con asciugamani compresi. Colazione a buffet abbondante con vasta scelta. Cena a buffet varia, buona non eccellente.

Cons:

Il bagno della camera è un po’ piccolo e si allaga con la doccia. Asciugamani un po’ vecchi

Pros:

Qualidade geral das instalações, tranquilidade dos espaços comuns, a integração na natureza envolvente, a vista soberba da piscina, o equipamento disponível no ginásio, a simpatia e a disponibilidade dos funcionários.

Cons:

Poderia ter mais opções de alimentação, designadamente mais saudáveis, e o ginásio poderia ficar aberto até mais tarde.

Buenas zonas comunes, habitaciones con gran falta de mantenimiento
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es su personal. Absolutamente todos (recepción, limpieza, restauración...)fueron super amables y atentos, con sonrisas sinceras y muy comprometidos con su trabajo.
Está en un enclave único, con vistas a la roca de Sigiriya y rodeado de naturaleza.
Las zonas comunes del hotel están reformadas y son muy agradables.
El buffet y menú a la carta están bien.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no están todo lo limpias que deberían. Nuestro primer día encontramos una cucaracha muerta. Otro día tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran las sábanas ya que tenían una mancha enorme que al parecer no vieron. La limpieza nos pareció bastante superficial, uno de los días encontramos el baño con las toallas cambiadas pero el resto estaba tal como lo habíamos dejado por la mañana.
A todo ello, se le suma una evidente falta de mantenimiento en las habitaciones: humedades, moho, desconchones, manchas... están viejas y necesitan una mejora.
