La habitación, aire acondicionado en mal estado, gotera constante del aire, el piso húmedo, el olor a humedad era muy fuerte.
Estaba aprobada una habitación con 3 camas individuales y no se cumplio

Habitación, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche porque salía agua del aire acondicionado contínuamente, equipo de descanso fatal, muyy pero que muy mal olor a humedad porque la moqueta además de vieja está mojada y nos advirtió la señora que limpiaba que a todas las habitaciones les pasaba igual. La dueña muy mal educada que si le reclamas te cierra la puerta en la cara

Tenían un sólo control de aire acondicionado en el hotel, no podías regular la temperatura tú, tenías que ir a pedir a la recepción que fueran hasta tú habitación para encender, apagar o modificar la temperatura. El aire acondicionado tenía una perdida de agua que goteaba directamente sobre la alfombra. La ubicación del hotel no es de las mejores. El restaurante del hotel estaba cerrado para desayunar el domingo por la mañana

Smelled like urine, very small bathroom very run down, ac leaked in a trash can all night didn’t get any sleep. They hold on to the controller to adjust the ac. No soap to wash your hands.. no shampoo or conditioner like any other hotel we have stayed at. You get one thin pillow per a bed. Also it looked like there was mold.

The room was not worth the price.

I was given a single room when I booked for a double room facing the courtyard. The room has no shower curtains or towels. The bedside lamp has no switch to turn it off. There were mosquitoes too. When I fed back to front office, I’m advised to email and message for a refund. It’s a month now. I’ve not gotten a reply or refund. Highly disappointing.

But the location and restaurant manager were lovely.

Uno degli hotel peggiori in cui abbia mai soggiornato. La struttura è completamente fatiscente, con arredi vecchi, rotti e palesemente trascurati da anni. La moquette è in condizioni imbarazzanti: sporca, macchiata e talmente disgustosa da far passare la voglia di camminare scalzi o persino di appoggiare i piedi a terra.

La pulizia generale è praticamente inesistente e l'intero ambiente trasmette una sensazione di degrado e scarsa igiene. Le foto pubblicate non rendono minimamente l'idea dello stato reale della struttura.

Anche il personale si è dimostrato impreparato e poco professionale, incapace di gestire le richieste degli ospiti in modo adeguato. Invece di trovare accoglienza e assistenza, ci si ritrova ad affrontare ulteriori disagi.

La cosa più significativa è che avevamo prenotato per più notti, ma dopo la prima notte abbiamo deciso di andarcene e trovare un'altra sistemazione. Abbiamo preferito rinunciare al soggiorno già pagato piuttosto che trascorrere un'altra notte in quelle condizioni.

Un'esperienza estremamente deludente sotto ogni aspetto. Non lo consiglierei neanche al mio peggior nemico e sicuramente non tornerò mai più.

On m’a donné la chambre 11 vétuste avec vue sur un mur avec 12 m2 de chambre et 4 m2 de sdb vétuste.

Das Zimmer war in einem miserablen Zustand. Der Nachtportier war unglaublich unfreundlich und inkompetent.
Das Zimmer war so schmutzig und heruntergekommen, wie ich es noch nie zuvor erlebt hatte. Ich habe € 1'000.- pro Nacht bezahlt und war entsetzt. Als Bettdecke war lediglich eine alte, schmuddelige Wolldecke vorhanden.
Ich habe den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und bin frühzeitig ausgeckeckt. Leider kam bis heute keine Rückerstattung, wie es vor Ort versprochen wurde.

Despite numerous requests for an invoice for my stay (both before booking, during my stay, and after check-out), there has been no response whatsoever. They do not answer phone calls or reply to emails. For a hotel these days, this is strange at best and unprofessional at worst.

Presque pas d'eau dans la douche et froide. Il nous ont dit avec un grand sourire que cela va être changé le soir... bien au sachant que rien va être fait. Ils étaient au courant mais cela leur est visiblement égal. D'autres clients avaient le même problème. Nous nous sommes douché en remplissant des gobelets d'eau au lavabo.... une catastrophe. En plus l'hotel décline toute responsabilité! Au prix excessif de la chambre. A fuir absolument !!

Very rundown and old. Rooms were tiny, especially the bathroom. The shower leaked and a flimsy shower curtain which did not help. The beds that were pushed together were different sizes and we were right above reception. The cleaner started hoover really early in the morning and was banging the hoover on our door and along the corridor

The room was dirty and in poor condition, and I honestly do not understand how this can be rated as a 4‑star superior hotel.
There were no basic facilities, not even a fridge or complimentary water in the room.
The old carpet was worn and full of holes everywhere, which felt very unhygienic, and the shower was stuck and quite disgusting.
The staff were polite, but this was not enough to compensate for the overall state of the hotel.
Overall, I feel this hotel reflects what Venice has unfortunately become: with so many tourists, it seems you can sell them anything, regardless of quality. Refurbshiment should be a priority..
