What I loved most about the property was how beautifully it connected you with nature while still feeling incredibly warm and comfortable. LUZUL has a very special energy peaceful, authentic, intimate, and full of love. It never felt like a typical hotel; it truly felt like a home away from home.

The natural beauty, the peaceful surroundings, the attention to detail, and especially the warmth of Natalia, and the entire staff made the property unforgettable. Every space felt thoughtfully cared for, and there was a genuine sense of connection and hospitality.

Ein kleines Stück Paradies!

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Lage dieses kleinen Hotels ist einzigartig. Von Nuquí aus erreicht man es mit dem öffentlichen oder privaten Boot entlang der unberührten Pazifikküste – schon die Anreise ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. So viele verschiedene Grüntöne der tropischen Natur kann man sich kaum vorstellen.

Das kleine Dorf Arusí ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders schön fanden wir die morgendliche Stimmung am Strand, wenn die Kinder auf dem Weg zur Schule sind – ein wunderbarer Einblick in das authentische Leben vor Ort.

Die Gastgeber leben Nachhaltigkeit mit voller Überzeugung. Hier wird bewusst im Einklang mit der Natur gehandelt: Es gibt keine unnötigen Plastikflaschen oder überflüssigen Abfall, stattdessen wird großer Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang mit der einzigartigen Umgebung gelegt. Genau diese Philosophie macht den Aufenthalt noch besonderer.

Auch kulinarisch hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Essen war hervorragend, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Ein absolutes Highlight war für uns die Walbeobachtung. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass diese Touren mit großem Respekt vor den Tieren durchgeführt werden. Es sind kleine Boote mit wenigen Gästen, die Wale werden weder verfolgt noch bedrängt, und die Begegnungen erfolgen mit ausreichend Abstand. Der Schutz der Tiere steht hier eindeutig an erster Stelle – genau so sollte nachhaltiger Tourismus aussehen.

Wir haben unsere Zeit dort von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen. Es war ein ganz besonderer Ort, den wir niemals vergessen werden und den wir jedem empfehlen können, der Natur, Ruhe und einen respektvollen Umgang mit Mensch und Tier schätzt.

The hotel is very well located with a lovely sand beach! The rooms are comfortable and clean and the food delicious! Natalia, the hotel manager, looks after the guests well! There are a lot of insects in the area so make sure you take a bug spray with you

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble! Desde que llegamos Natalia y Giovani nos acogieron y atendieron haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Las chicas de la cocina cada día nos sorprendían con alguna delicia de comida del pacífico. Las instalaciones cómodas y lo más lindo es despertarse y ver la selva y playa como te rodean, vimos ballenas, subimos río arriba en chingo (canoa), nos bañamos en el río, hicimos una caminata en la selva donde vimos todo tipo de pájaros, insectos, animales y plantas tan cerca que te sientes parte de ella. Y como no mencionar a Marea! la perrita mas tierna y juguetona del pacífico 😍que siempre te recibirá con juegos y uno que otro lametazo!
Pasamos 4 días increíbles y por supuesto con ganas de volver! 100% recomendado!

Todo: la ubicación, la playa, la naturaleza, las instalaciones, la comida (demasiado deliciosa) y la atención!

Lo natural

Nos gustó absolutamente todo. La ubicación en el paraíso. El gusto en la decoración. Las cabañas son preciosas y muy comodas las camas. La ducha al aire libre es una experiencia única. Los jardines y exteriores están super cuidados y limpios. Las chicas de la cocina son muy lindas y cocinan de maravilla. Fue uno de los mejores lugares donde comimos en Colombia. Y por supuesto el trato de Rafa y Alejo que están siempre pendientes de todo. Volveríamos mil veces.

El alojamiento es espectacular, el personal es muy amable y mantiene pendientes de tus necesidades. La comida es de excelente calidad y deliciosa.

I had an incredible stay at Luzul. From the moment I arrived I was treated like family. Juanda is a fantastic host and the entire team, including the staff and the guides, took good care of me. The food was delicious!!!. The hotel is beautiful and completely surrounded by nature. You really get to experience everything: the animals, the rain, the sun, the jungle, the sound of the sea.

This place is perfect for people who can embrace weather unpredictability, wild animals and occasional changes of plans. Rain can be very frequent, but that is part of the beauty of the experience, so make sure to pack good rain gear. It was just amazing and truly one of the most special places I have visited. Highly recommended.

The architecture of the houses is stunning, and the social atmosphere makes it easy to meet and connect with other guests. The food was very good. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone :)!
