Nuestra única mala experiencia en Albania
Pros:

El hotel está bien, las instalaciones de las habitaciones son adecuadas y nuevas, están limpias, está bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila y a un paseo del centro y casco antiguo, dispone de aparcamiento privado, cosas que se agradecen mucho.

La luz de las habitaciones saltó varias veces durante nuestra estancia. He estado 11 días con mi familia por Albania y nos hemos alojado en 6 hoteles diferentes, en todos hemos recibido un trato excepcional, excepto en este. Nada más llegar, el encargado me intenta convencer de que el precio que he pagado por mi reserva de Booking no era correcto y que debe ser mucho más por temporada alta (esta reserva estaba hecha hace meses), esto ya no nos parece muy correcto. Por mensajes me había dado opción de pagar en metálico en euros, pero al pagar no disponía de cambio para devolverme ni en monedas ni en billetes (no pasa nada, puede hacerlo en cualquier momento o al irnos). A la hora que dejamos el hotel (8:45) no había nadie de personal en recepción, me comunico con él tanto por Booking como por WhatsApp pero no contesta a mis mensajes, por lo que decido dejar las llaves en lugar seguro para marcharnos y las coloco sobre el mostrador de recepción, saco una foto para enviársela y que compruebe que las hemos dejado y en ese momento me llama por teléfono de muy malas formas ya que, (según él) me está viendo por las cámaras sacar una foto a su mostrador, no responde a los mensajes, no ayuda, no pregunta, me habla de forma muy desagradable y totalmente fuera de tono e irrespetuosa haciéndome sentir bastante mal y poco menos que una criminal. El servicio de un hotel no son solo unas buenas instalaciones sino también saber tratar a los clientes, hay decenas de hoteles a precio y calidad similar donde seguro el trato será maravilloso, entiendo que todos podemos tener un mal día... pero yo ni repetiré ni lo recomiendo.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral, man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das WLAN hat leider nur an einer Stelle im Zimmer funktioniert, die Brause in der Dusche war gebrochen, sodass das Wasser ständig raus spritzte. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Insgesamt solide, aber für mich nicht diese Sterne wert bzw. nicht das, was wir erwartet habe. Das Personal war ganz freundlich.

Good but...
Pros:

Friendly staff and clean room. Location is excellent, as everything was in walking distance. There is a parking garage, which was useful for the motorcycle, but the garage door is mostly open.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled really bad and the door of the bathroom was a glass which resulted in a lot of light entering the room during the morning which woke us up. The parking garage is not finished and the door doesn't close during the day.

Emplacement central avec parking sous terrain. Très pratique car il est très difficile de se garer à Vlorë.

War alles zufrieden stellend. Gerne wieder!
Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Cons:

Es fehlten Kleiderbügel im Schrank. War am Ende egal, da wir ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten haben und somit einen Balkon hatten.
Die Tiefgarage war teilweise von Kunden zugeparkt.

Piacevole e più cura del cliente
Pros:

La suite prenotata non era disponibile a causa di problemi alla caldaia, e ci hanno assegnato un’altra camera, carina e pulita. Purtroppo l’acqua era così calda da non riuscire nemmeno a lavarsi i denti, e il prezzo pieno per un disguido non nostro non è stato molto carino. Lo staff è stato comunque gentile, ma consiglierei di curare un po’ di più la gestione clienti soprattutto essere presenti per eventuali chiarimenti. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole: la camera e il super tramonto che abbiamo visto lo hanno reso speciale, per il resto lo consiglio.

Cons:

Più cura nel cliente se ha necessità di chiarimenti, molto buono invece i consigli dati.

Pros:

Personalet gjorde alt i sin makt, for at oppholdet vårt skulle bli best mulig. Nivået av renslighet gjorde opplevelsen veldig behagelig.

Nice rooms, shame about the service
Pros:

Great hotel based on the top 2 floors of an apartment block, finding it was difficult in the small back streets but parking was available.
No 24hr reception and nobody on the desk at 8am when we checked out.
