Pros:

Rundum alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, haben noch einen Tag verlängert und ein Komfort zimmer bekommen. Hilfe beim "umzug" vom Personal!
Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden ob zimmer ,essen , Service und Parkplatz. Waren mit Vespas angereist.
Für nächstes Jahr
In urlaubsplanung sehr wahrscheinlich mit eingebunden.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

I was there to visit the famous steam railway. The location was perfect across from the station. It was a clean and friendly hotel and the bar/ restraunt had a railway theme with your beer served by a model train. Very welcoming and free local bus ticket was a nice touch.

Ideale (basic) accommodatie voor de verkenning van de stad Wernigerode en de Harz.
Pros:

De ligging, op wandelafstand van het centrum van Wernigerode en het trein- en busstation.
Ontbijt met veel groenten en vers fruit.
Gratis busvervoer.

Cons:

Kamer was erg basic, maar netjes.
Zeer kleine badkamer.
Veel straatlawaai (auto's).
Te weinig parkeerplaatsen. Geen alternatieven, want overal betalend en beperkt in de tijd.
Ontbijt oké (zie hierboven), maar we misten wel iets zoets, zoals croissants, koffiekoekjes, cake.
Koffie niet warm (genoeg).

Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Wernigerode. Die Lage des Hotels, ist für Eisenbahn Fans, sehr gut. Die schöne Innenstadt ist gut erreichbar. Frühstück im angrenzenden Gasthaus war gut und auch das Abendessen war lecker.

schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, aber...
Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Bahnhof. Die Bahnhofsgeräusche sind kein Problem. So oft fahren die Züge auch nicht. Aber die Straße vor dem Hotel ist stark befahren. Beigeschlossenem Fenster und nachts halbwegs erträglich.
Gegenüber befindet sich auch eine Spielhalle. Die lautstarken Geräusche von dort waren, als ob jemand neben dem Bett bzw unter dem Fenster steht. Geht die ganze Nacht durch bis früh gegen 4 Uhrm zumindest am Wochenende. Geschlossenes Fenster hilft auch nur bedingt (bei Hitze uncool)

Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück war prima, alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pros:

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub. Drei Minuten die Straße gerade hoch und schon ist man in der Fußgängerzone. Ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus, sehr gute Betten und mega nettes Personal. Daumen hoch, sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfektes Hotel für einige Tage in Wernigerode zu verbringen
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 8 Minuten das Zentrum von Wernigerode. Ebenfalls sind genug Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Abends hat die Bestellung des Essens im Restaurant etwas lange gedauert. Das Personal hat uns jedoch umgehend über den Grund informiert, sich entschuldigt und ebenfalls de Getränke übernommen. Wir haben die Reaktion des Personals sehr gut gefunden und so hat die längere Wartezeit uns nicht gestört.
