Stylish place for good price
Pros:

This hotel is a unique hidden gem. It is very well designed with attention to detail in every place. Clearly the owners want the guests to have a good experience. Hot water, water pressure, towels, clean, everything is A+ at this hotel.

Cons:

The wifi was not so great, but it was time of internet problems with Amazon web services in October, 2025.

Very nice hot, clean w A/C, and affordable
Pros:

The property has a beautiful architecture and is decorated very nicely

Cons:

The only thing I wish it had was an elevator because my knees are not in good shape, but even though it didn’t have one, the staff was extremely helpful with the luggage. The one thing I really didn’t like was the scent of their soap, however, a staff member said they were changing their soap, so that should not be a problem any more.

Friendly hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

Clean, new hotel in a convenient location, walkable to many parks, restaurants, and museums. Friendly and kind staff were always willing to help. Great shower with good pressure and hot water. Breakfast buffet in the attached restaurant (Los Arcos) was excellent.

Cons:

Noise carried through the halls, such as other guests coming and going or playing music at night.

A very comfortable and convenient stay in Xalapa
Pros:

This is a new hotel a short walk to the center of Xalapa, with all the city services needed. The rooms are super clean and everything works well. The best part is the staff (kudos to Mauricio!) who can speak great English and was so helpful and efficient and great to talk with!
